Contemporary family home w/private pool, hot tub, & more!

Looking for an amenity-packed home for the whole family to enjoy? Then check out this well-appointed Manson vacation rental complete with a private pool, hot tub, basketball court, and more!

Located on the sloping hillsides of Manson, this home offers panoramic views of the hillsides and the residential neighborhoods of the town. Its location puts it close to wineries, eateries, and lake access.

This home is modern from top to bottom, emphasized by dark furnishings and state-of-the-art amenities. The living room on the second floor is full of soft seating options and a double-sided fireplace to break up the space (please note that the fireplace is for seasonal use only).

While this home includes amenities such as WiFi, cable, and a DVD player, guests may opt to engage with their family members over a board game, splash around in the private seasonal pool - with a diving board for cannonball contests - or play a game of basketball on the private court.

A gourmet kitchen with granite counters, dark cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances creates an efficient, stylish space for the in-home chef to make some culinary magic happen. Two ovens, a spacious fridge, and a dishwasher make it easy to feed large groups for the duration of your stay. Dine casually at the breakfast bar or at the central indoor dining table.

Take meals or after-dinner drinks outside to the wrap-around balcony, complete with patio furnishings and a gas grill! While the dishwasher runs, take a soak in the private hot tub and watch the sunset. With blankets in tow, head to the sprawling lawn for a night of stargazing, or sing campfire songs around the gas pit on the lower deck.

This five-bedroom, four-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests, and its varied arrangement accommodates all sorts of groups!

Two rooms are perfectly designed for couples to share. The master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a soaking tub for much needed alone time. The second room has a queen bed, deck access, and a private bathroom.

Three rooms are set up to accommodate multiple guests with two queen beds in one bedroom, a set of twin bunkbeds in another, and a tri-bunkbed set (two twins, one full bed) in the third. There are two more bathrooms to share.

This home also comes equipped with a washer/dryer and central A/C for your convenience.

Though this rental is sure to keep you busy all vacation long, feel free to explore the area. Bring your own water craft, or rent one from a nearby equipment shop, and launch into Lake Chelan for a day on the water.

Visit Lake Chelan Winery for wine and cheese tasting, dinner, and live music. Grab a sandwich at Green Dot Sub Shop, and check out the wine slushie stand next door!

Although you have your own pool, the kids (or young at heart) may crave an adrenaline rush. Take them to Slide Waters for a few runs down various waterslides or on a float down the lazy river.

And of course, make sure to head into Chelan just eight miles away for a movie, yoga class, or day of shopping!

For the ultimate family getaway, check out this gorgeous Lake Chelan vacation rental!

Terrific new sparkling pool private pool. The kitchen is fully supplied with anything you may need. Loved having the hot tub on the upper deck so the entire family could sit and visit whether in or out of the hot tub. The hot tub needed a little attention but Vacasa provided immediate response when we called

The location of the house was fabulous and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. We appreciated the number of refrigerators as well. Some of the downsides: we couldn't find the 4th bathroom as advertised and a few of the mattresses were in need of replacing.

We definitely like this this is the 3rd year staying at the Bay View for our annual family vacation. The view is incredible...the kitchen has everything we need...the grandkids enjoy the bunk room... the private pool with diving board is always a hit with everyone...& beautiful Lake Chelan is just down the street (past the grocery store & a few wineries)!!

Good size home, lots of tools in the kitchen, multiple fridges

This place was amazing! We were there for a retreat and weren't expecting to have spices and basic household products available and they were. The home, pool and hot tub was clean and a great way to end the long work days.

This house has a beautiful kitchen and lots of sleeping arrangements. We gathered from across the state as a family and the kitchen is really top notch for preparing food, then sitting around the table and talking. It is stocked with plenty of cookware etc.
However, Vacasa could be more responsive to their customers.

We where very happy with this place, the carpet is a little out dated, but we where outside from 9 am till 10 pm, so i was happy that they put good quality chairs and tables out on the deck, which is huge. And around the pool lots of seating because that is where we spent all our time. the guys liked ALL of the T.VS ha ha , loved the kitchen and my bathroom in the master OH! and the french doors will go back next year.

We stayed in this home in 2009 when it was new to the VRBO market. At that time
it was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. However, this year, we were very disappointed. The furniture is the same from 8 years ago and is really in bad shape,
very dirty and uncomfortable. When you sit on the kitchen stools, you sink to the
bottom. Same with the living room couch, you sink, bad shape, dirty. Won't stay again, unless they update.
Manager response:
The owner has been advised of these comments so they can take them under consideration. Thank you!

Great home for a bigger party or large family. Home was well stocked and clean upon arrival. Only down sides are that it is a 10-15 min drive to downtown Chelan and requires a car for travel (cab service is limited). Hot water heater was also limited capacity and a few of us had cool showers. The views are spectacular and the pool, hot tub, grassy area and basketball court are all great.

The place was kinda far from seattle but it was worth it!! The view is great, the house is awesome and the private hot tub is a great experience!! It a must to try!!

Our extended family of 10 stayed Dec 26-28 and found the house to be what we wanted. Warm and cozy with plenty of room. Overall a good value for your money - with only a few negatives. Great place for winter, can imagine it's phenomenal for summer.

PROS: Great view, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, lots of space, fun to have a real fire in the fireplace, TV - (which we hardly ever used). kitchen table perfect for board games. so close to grocery store, if we had known would not have brought food w/us.

CON: yes there is furnace noise in the 3-bunk bed room. was not a problem for us, but could be for others. Our issue was with the hot tub (went into power conserve mode on day 2 and would not heat water) and hot water for the showers. If two people took showers back-to-back, tank would run out of hot water. After a day of sledding in 25 degree weather, lack of hot water kind of bites. Since there are 2 hot water tanks hopefully this can be fixed.

We give it 4 stars and if the hot water for shower and hot tub were fixed - definitely 5 given the location and price.

We had an amazing stay here with 10 adults celebrating a 30th birthday. The kitchen was so spacious and the living room had plenty or space for us to comfortably sit. Overall the stay was fantastic and I was very happy to have chosen this location!

Everything we wanted and more!

Overall we had a good time. When booking just know check in is at 4. You won't get in early. The downstairs bunk room has the furnace in it so super noisy. Not a great room for sleep.

This was a great place to stay with our kids and grandkids. It offered plenty of space for everyone with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, pool and kitchen. The pool was very clean with enough floating toys to keep our grandkids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, silverware, pots and pans and other implements. This place also has three refrigerators which was a surprise and appreciated.

House is spacious and full of amenities for everyone. Plenty of dishes and housewares. The pool is beautiful and fun if it is clean. It was very dirty and not usable. The hot tub is fun for relaxing. Lots to do in Manson.

Cleanliness was an issue. The forth bathroom is located outside of the home. The bedroom door on the 2 queen bedroom only opens about a quarter of the way. If you have kids call to make sure they have fixed the gates so they close and lock.

The house is really nice for a large group and have all the kitchen stuff.. but the 5th bedroom it's just wrong.. the furnace is inside the closet and it's way to much noise for someone sleep there. We try to put 2 boys 10 y o and they ended up in the couch.
