Close to downtown. Everything you need. Nice house finish.

My family and I really enjoy staying at this cute little bungalow. It’s the perfect size for a family and for visiting San Diego, conveniently located close to downtown and the highways so getting around town is very easy. Barrio Logan is a great neighborhood to explore, with great taquerias, delicious breweries, and art galleries sprinkled around the neighborhood. The two bedroom bungalow is a great size for families. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time in San Diego, and we really enjoyed the nice back porch and the al fresco dining table in the backyard. On-site laundry was a huge plus as children tend to go through lots of clothes on vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked and you are able to cook real meals. My family really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

Aaron's place was exactly like the pictures. He was also very responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our trip. The house is a few mins drive to all three major attractions in the city. Thanks Aaron. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay definitely recommend
Aaron .Nov 2019
Perfect little home, ideal location, fast communication. There is even a local brewery right across the street. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Top 4 reasons to stay here: 1) Loved how close this place is to Coronado and downtown. Super convenient with little to no traffic. 2) As with all of Aaron’s properties, it’s very well laid out with every amenity you could ask for. 3) Above and beyond customer service. Aaron and Betsy are awesome! 4) Las Cuatro Milpas is only two blocks away - best rolled and pork tacos in SD! Really enjoyed our stay here. All the benefits of downtown and Coronado without the over inflated prices. Very professional hosting and customer service. Always in good hands with Aaron and his team. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

We found this house extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed as a basecamp for our 4 day exploration of the city. Two of our party ventured across the street to Alta where they met the neighbors and found everyone delightful and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this place.
Nicki .Jul 2019
Peep the guest book if you’re staying from September 2019-November 2019. We left a little gift to someone who can use them. Our group loved our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and captured a unique vibe in San Diego. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants and coffee. Everything we possibly needed was available to use. Would absolutely stay again!
William .Jun 2019
The house was very well laid out, had excellent accommodations and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the downtown area and less than 2 miles to the Convention Center. Makes for a great overall experience in San Diego.
Maria .Jun 2019
The Airbnb felt like home away from home. My parents (elderly) slept like babies in the comfortable beds and my preadolescent kiddos slept with minimal interruptions. Thank you for being a part of our memorable experience in Barrio Logan. We enjoyed our stay in San Diego tremendously. Coming to such a welcoming pad made this experience even more special.
Georgeanne .Jun 2019
Convenient location to downtown and trolley
Coley .Jun 2019
Great location. We spend the majority of our week in Coronado so it was so easy to hop over the bridge. They had beach towels and boogie boards and sand toys which was a nice touch and a Pack and play so we didn’t have to bring ours. Would rent again
Jonice .Jun 2019
This place was very clean and the perfect location for our stay. We were less the 15 minutes from the harbor and zoo. About 20 minutes away from SeaWorld. Only issue was seating wasn’t as comfortable as well as the beds were pretty firm. There was plenty of restaurants near the location. Highly recommend San Diego taco company. Overall it was a great stay for four people.
Leslie .Jun 2019
The house is great-location was perfect and the neighbors very friendly. This was my first experience at an Airbnb and I will definitely be trying it again!!

Very nice place to stay in San Diego. The location was good, and it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do while we were there. The cottage was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The deck was a cool addition and parking was easy.
Carlota .Apr 2019
Amazing house, facilities and location! Logan neighbornhood is full of art, culture and good gastronomy, and very close to San Diego's most popular places like Coronado. We highly recommend this cool house! The communication with the owner was easy and helpfull all times! Thanks!!! :)
Amanda .Apr 2019
Cute little cottage directly across from Alta Brewing! Provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay :)
Tiffani .Apr 2019
Great place to stay with the kids.

Aaron's place is a wonderful bungalow style home near many San Diego tourist attractions. If you arrive at the home in the evening you may find it a bit intimidating with a bar directly across the street and little to no activity in the neighborhood. This is NOT the case. Although the community is quite old, it has been gentrified with murals near the freeway and many cute restaurants/boutiques on Imperial St. which are walking distance from the bungalow. The inside of the home is very welcoming and inviting. Although it was a bit tight for 6 girls, the home provides a very cozy relaxed environment with a delightful backyard space. The space was equipped with enough linens, towels, kitchen/cooking utensils and basic spices/dressings/ect. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, body wash, but no conditioner. That was a minor inconvenience when you assume that the bathroom will have enough toiletries (like other airbnbs). Lastly, I was in contact with Betsy during my time at the airbnb. She was very cordial and fast at responding to me. Coincidentally, she called as I was checking into the home to make sure that I was able to enter the building without problems and where to find specific amenities within the space. I found the host to be very reliable and receptive to my concerns. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for travelers in the San Diego area!
Rhonda .Mar 2019
Cozy little escape from the San Diego hustle & bustle. Must visit the Barrio Logan district when you stay!
Michele .Mar 2019
The place was cute, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
Wanda .Mar 2019
We really enjoyed this beautifully appointed home with everything you’d need to prepare a meal and comfortably accommodate 4 adults in 2 queen sized beds. It is very conveniently located close to the highway entry ramp to Coronado which was a requisite for our purposes. It also has an adorable back patio with overhead bistro lights and the all important washer and dryer so you can pack lightly! Some may be apprehensive about its location across from a bar/brewery but it wasn’t an issue for us. We loved it!
Kitty .Feb 2019
I would consider this is a smaller airbnb. It does have a brewery close by but not walkable to downtown. There are no walkable restaurants near by. Parking on street only so when the brewery traffic comes you have to park some distance away. Would be fine in summer but it was a cold weekend and the heating system is not enough to keep the place warm.
Janny .Feb 2019
We defently recommend renting this little house! It's so comfy & clean. The host was so helpful with everything. We loved the little patio, kitchen (it had everything for us to cook), beds were so comfortable and the living area! It's close to the zoo so perfect. Thank you for everything!!!
John .Feb 2019
Nice space - quick drive to/from convention center.

Krissa .Jan 2019
Amazing and comfortable house in the heart of San Diego
Daniel .Dec 2018
Very nice place. Very nice place. We rented it because we were in town for a conference. Everything was as described and clean. The Gaslamp Quarter and convention center were close by and easy to reach. Thank you for a nice stay!
Shane .Nov 2018
The house was as described and Aaron was a great host. We were in town for a conference at the convention center and this was a very convenient place to stay. Would definitely stay at Aaron’s place again.
Bobby .Nov 2018
For a family of three, this place was great. Some bullet points: -Home is modern and very clean. -The back patio adds a “homey” feeling to a city home. -Fast response time to questions. Home is located in Barrio Logan with easy access to freeway and didn’t have any issues getting to where we needed to go. Ryan Bros Coffee was a nice place for breakfast. Also, enjoyed some of the local eateries in Barrio Logan. Almost forgot to mention, never had an issue finding street parking. It blows my mind how much hotels charge for parking at hotels around San Diego. Overall, great place and would stay there again.
Judith .Nov 2018
Great amenities, well stocked kitchen and rooms. Very clean. Stylish. Location was quiet when we were there. Never had an issue with parking. Great communication from our host work very detailed instructions about how to get in after the keyless entry stopped working. Neighborhood was quiet and almost empty but it was likely due to the holiday time. Walked across the bridge for good coffee and food.
Karen .Nov 2018
Super clean, well appointed home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone spending time at the convention center, as it was a short (and inexpensive) Uber ride to the convention center and gas lamp district. Great amenities: coffee maker, dishwasher and full kitchen. There is a brewery right across the street, but we didn’t have time to visit. The communication between us and the host’s property manager was excellent. Overall, great little home for a few days in San Diego!
Eric .Oct 2018
Aaron's place is amazing. Beautiful location in South San Diego and the home was great, especially the kitchen. We did have a small issue with the neighbors which are extremely close, as far as smoking. If you do smoke, you will have to go for a walk, which the neighborhood is nice for that. Just a warning. Other than that, this place is a perfect spot to stay in San Diego!
Hannah .Oct 2018
Great place to stay if you want to be near the conference center. Very comfortable beds and nice shower. Fits 4 nicely. There is a great taco shop walking distance and a bar across the street. The host is super nice and accommodating. Plenty of street parking. Only downside was that we were told some of the area surrounding is sketch, but we felt safe the whole time.
Beverly .Oct 2018
We enjoyed our stay on Dewey St.! Its location was perfect, close to downtown and the 5. When we arrived, we stumbled upon a cute art festival in its first run. We ended up buying some beautiful handmade necklaces for our little girls. The home was well-equipped for our basic needs. The backyard was great for lounging, enjoying the San Diego sun, and eating dinner on a cool night. As San Diego natives who have had to move away for work, this was a great place to be as a family. All our old haunts were in close proximity, which made for a great stay. We would definitely come back.
Shani & Motti .Sep 2018
Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location. Highly recommended.
Roy .Sep 2018
Aaron’s place is nice. The location is very good. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to Convention Center by car. The house is well kept. The response is quick. It is also close to downtown. Very easy to go to those restaurants. It is a very good choice if you are attending conference at the convention center or visiting downtown for sightseeing. I would definitely come back next time.
Hansel .Aug 2018
Great location and great house ! Fun and next to all the cool sites in the city
Laura .Aug 2018
This is the second time we rent this home, it has everything we need for family travel and more, crib, high chair, toy and books and a super complete kitchen and laundry. The backyard is super cute at night to have dinner or a drink. The blackout shades behind the curtains were great to keep everyone sleeping a bit longer. The neighborhood is super artsy and it has killer breweries and coffee roaster, we loved Cafe Moto and Alta Brewing just across from the house. We will be back, thanks Aaron!
Peter .Jul 2018
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's in a cool location right next to a brewery, close to shops and restaurants, and not far from gaslamp. It was clean, and set up with everything you would need to cook a meal. They even had a pack n play as well as toys for our baby. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others
Emily .Jul 2018
We had a great stay. We used Uber for most of our trips out, the zoo was fabulous as was Coronado. We had a fun stay, the place was very clean and accommodated us nicely. Thank you for having us stay, hope to come back!
Ace .Jul 2018
The house is very warm and the yard has a special atmosphere.
Michael .Jul 2018
Great place to stay! Really close to downtown, Gaslamp, Petco Park and the convention center. Really clean. Highly recommend!!
Julie .Jul 2018
This was a very nice and quaint place. I loved the kitchen and the backyard. Check in was very easy and they were super responsive to all my questions. It was located across from a brewery but we never got a chance to stop in to check out. Easy access to the freeway so getting to Coronado was a breeze. Would definitely come back and would recommend.
Roland .Jul 2018
Very nice renovated and with lot of details like traveling books, Jamy Oliver cook books. Only 4 us negative point - extreme laud from the Interstate 5 and neighbors did party until midnight. Roland
Isom .Jun 2018
Great location with all the amenities needed for your stay. Great response time along with the cleanliness and layout of the house. Great deal, doesn’t get any better than this.
Samantha .Jun 2018
Pros: Overall, nice place and convenient location - the patio area is very nice. - Very nice space for babies. Having no stairs and newer flooring was good. and have kid's book and toy( sand toy and beach tent) - All appliances are very nice. Cons: - There are ants in the room. (Landlord did explain this is a common issue in San Diego in this season though.) -The house is close to highway and there is a pub cross the street - some noise concerns. - We might not have much experience with Airbnb but this is my first time getting request from landlord for room cleaning at the end of rental. (We kept the house clean plus we paid a cleaning fee of $186 CAD at the beginning when we booked the place.) Just an fyi. This is their min.cleaning request: 1.Remove any used bed/pillow linens and pile them on the floor separately from comforters 2.Hang up any wet items (i.e. towels) 3.Load and start the dishwasher 4.Take all trash & recyclables to the outside bins (and pull any bins out if you are departing on trash day) 5.Close all the windows, lock the doors, and turn off all lights and the heater/AC (an extra fee will be incurred for a heater or AC left on) 6.Go through all drawers/cabinets/closets to ensure you take all of your belongings

Casa muy linda, Aaron siempre super amable. Todo como en las fotos. La casa está ubicada muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés!
Larissa .May 2018
place was great! Very clean and comfortable. The host was accommodating
and great at checking to make sure we had what we needed.
Whittney .May 2018
This place was perfect for our stay. Very close to downtown, super easy access to freeways, and basically in the heart of San Diego. Nice urban setting across the street from a great little brewery. Owners were very responsive. House is adorable, comfortable and clean. Cozy backyard seating was nice to enjoy beautiful weather. We’ll be back!
Kate .Feb 2018
We have stayed in many AirBnB's and this would have to be one of the best set up. Kitchen (fully set up), washing machine & dryer, lots of towels, pillows & blankets, travel cot and toys for the kids ! Makes traveling with kids sooo much easier. Really handy to the airport, stadium, childrens museum, foodie areas & zoo et .. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.
Nate .Jan 2018
This is such a clean, stylish, cozy place in Barrio Logan that's the perfect size for a family of 4. It's in a great location for getting to anywhere in San Diego - 10 minutes to the zoo, 10 minutes to the pier, 15 minutes to the beach, etc. The kitchen, eating area, and bedrooms are all a great size as well as the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. They've put a lot of attention to details in the place that really make it feel like a home away from home.
Alex .Nov 2017
The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. As you drive under the highway to enter the neighborhood, you'll see the famous Chicano Park murals. Is a neighborhood is charming and laid back, with a mix of a lot of things -small houses, restaurants, shops, old warehouses, and a big pink church.- The interactions with Aaron were great he was very helpful and fast in responding. The place is all it looks to be and more. The place is just like in the pictures, recently remodeled, cozy, very clean, and relaxing. All the furniture is new and nicely chosen. We were in an Diego for work and wanted something simple and nice, with a personal touch, conveniently located for our meetings downtown yet in a quiet, family neighborhood. We nailed it!
Laura .Nov 2017
Super cute house with lots of character, we rented it for our out of town guests on thanksgiving weekend. This is what they told us: Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds and the crisp linen! Awesome kitchen, really appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning. Right in front of a great microbrewery and art gallery, and next to a Mexican grocery store that is A-MAZING! We will for sure recommend to family and co-workers on business travel. Thanks Aaron!
