Neighborhood private beach accessible by stairs and tram, but please note that water levels and beach conditions change frequently. Some days there is not much beach while others there is quite a bit of beach. Some days you will find a large number of rocks while sometimes there is more sand than rocks. Depending on water levels or conditions, the stairs or tram to the beach may not be operational. With that said, the beautiful views will be available every day!

This charming retreat is also conveniently close to many public beaches available in the area, so outdoor lovers will have plenty of places to choose from such as 1st Street Beach (four miles away), Newcome Beach (less than four and a half miles), Oak Street Beach (four and a half miles), and more!
