We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean. Great view. Close to the beach. Added bonus for us: last resort on the beach prior to private beach homes which provides lots of secluded beach for walking and playing without the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The condo was clean and had a great view. The landscaping on the property is beautiful and well maintained. I gave it 4 stars because they have the thermostat programmed so you can set it no cooler than 74 degrees. I’m ok with 72, but 74 is a little warm.

You can see the ocean from practically every room in this condo. There is something special about staring at the ocean and watching the beach come alive as you make your morning coffee in the kitchen, brush your teeth in the bathroom, sit on the patio and eat breakfast.. from every room, the views are incredible!
The house had all the conveniences and was perfect for my family of 4! With room to spare in the bunk room!
The pool restaurant and bar also added to the conveniences as we could eat lunch as the kids swam and get a delicious frozen drink as well!
We will definitely look to stay back at Topls Tides and to enjoy it even more when more when both pools open after the COVID restrictions are lifted and building renovations are done (eliminating the long walk to get from elevator to beach).
