This professionally decorated home away from home has a colorful beach decor with nice Tommy Bahama accents. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has a bright clean feel with plenty of counter space, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. The living area has a fun tropical couch, and West Indies style chairs with vibrant punches of color, a dining table for six, tile floors, and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a fresh tropic theme with Tommy Bahama decor, a king bed, and a nice carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has fun vibrantly colored bedspreads and beach accents, featuring two twin beds, and a nice carpet floor. With free WiFi, three TVs, three DVDs, and a CD stereo system, you have all the comforts of home! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddle board with each reservation (per condo - not per person).

THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
