Beach House D503 - Miramar Beach, FL

This Gulf-front getaway has a casual beach cottage feel and is exactly what you need to leave all of your stress behind. The well-equipped kitchen has enough counter space and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a double sofa bed, loveseat, and chair, along with a 42” TV, DVD player, and CD stereo system. The dining room table seats six, but if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers an extra dining area. There are tiled floors throughout the entire retreat and you can also find a washer/dryer. The main and guest bedrooms each have a 32” TV and DVD player. If you are looking for a comfortable unit with unforgettable views of the Gulf, then 503D at The Beach House is where you'll want to stay! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person).

Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. • Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
