The second bedroom has nice neutral tones, a 26” TV and DVD, and features two twin beds and casual furniture with glass tops. The living area has a Tommy Bahama feel featuring a large 42” TV and a DVD, with one tropical oversized chair and ottoman, and comfortable sofa, nice accents like a beveled mirrored wall, and dining table for six as well as three bar stools. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
