The living area has been recently updated with a new sofa and loveseat and offers a large TV with DVD player. The dining table seats six plus four at the bar and if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the waves. The main bedroom has a warm sunny charm with white furniture, a king bed with custom bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin allowing plenty of room to sleep five people total, and it offers a TV, and a DVD player as well. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about your clothes during your stay. With three TVs, three DVDs, free WiFi, and a CD stereo system, you will have much to enjoy when you are ready to come in out of the sun!

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
