The large accommodating kitchen with upgraded white cabinets and plenty of counter space has everything needed to make your favorite beach meal. The breakfast bar has three bar stools for fun gatherings. The living room features comfortable bright furnishings with a queen sofa bed, a 39” TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo sound system. The mirrored wall in the living room gives an added feel of extra spaciousness to the entire condo. The main bedroom with its king bed, plantation shutters, black-out drapes, comfortable bedding, and carpeting provides a soft, serene atmosphere. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a casual beach cottage feel, plantation shutters, light comfortable bedding, TV, and carpeted floor. The bathrooms have modern higher-profile Kohler toilets. The dining table seats six and on the balcony, you'll find additional seating for four where you can enjoy listening to the waves while sipping your favorite beverage. Grab your beach towel and make your way over to the sparkling shared pool for a refreshing splash if you don't fancy getting your toes in the sand.

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
