The house was nice and clean. Very spacious for my family of 10. I woild stay again. Close to the beach and the pool
Only thing I would change is, I would add a shower to the outside like the other houses to rinse off and I was disappointed that I did not have a beach wagon like the other houses on my street it would have made transfer easier.

The location was close to the beach and driving distance to everything else. The unit smelled fresh and clean upon entering. The only issue we had was the AC unit went out and it was hard getting a hold to someone after getting the run around.

We liked the fact that it was a gated community and we didn’t have to check in with the company. The living room furniture and table chairs need to be cleaned better or upgraded. You could see stains on them. Would have loved it more if the pool was open longer. We enjoyed our time there and would book again.

This house was dirty. There were no towels or bedspreads. I called and the management company did nothing! Don’t stay here!

The house was less than 10 min walk to beach. House was clean and roomy. Overall, a great house but needs upgraded WiFi, better AC on 2nd floor and grill needs to be replaced. We reserved through Vacasa which was NOT a great experience due to lack of detail and communication. IE - company responded very quickly when they needed my payment but zero response with any issues I had concerning the house or questions re check in.
We would absolutely rent this home again with improvements using Vacasa.
