Casa Verde is located on Lake Caroline within the gates of the beautiful island neighborhood of Destin Pointe. This elegantly furnished cottage features a landscaped private pool area and gas grill for grilling. Casa Verde is a fully equipped cottage that features a master suite with oversized whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, spacious living and dining areas, a study and trundle room. Each bedroom is equipped with TVs and DVD players. Washer and dryer located in the unit.

Things to know:
Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)

*The home does have a private pool. There are also two community pools located on the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Verde, my wife and mom had to do so much cleaning they were both exhausted and left a couple patio areas untouched! We decided not to use these patios. The light in the master bathroom did not work, the pool was filthy, the light did not work, and we later found out the dryer did not work. A repairman came to fix the bathroom light and pool light; both were wiring issues and couldn't be fixed. We cleaned the pool ourselves and realized the dryer didn't work after the repairman (who can only spend 1 hr per call) came out. Fortunately, our other family rented Southern Nights across the street so we could dry clothes. We've rented before and just believe this particular property has issues but the property layout is beautiful. The house looks small from the outside but is a huge 3 story inside!

Cove area was great house but private pool seemed dirty to us and unfortunately only used it on first night only. We did inquire for help on it but advised it was fine.
