This hidden gem, although in a quiet community, is only minutes away to shopping, beach activities, restaurants, a water park, and so much more! This wonderful unit is located on the 2nd floor and provides unobstructed views of the Destin Pass from a spacious private balcony. Unit 212 is an end unit and provides all the comforts of home. An open floor plan providing a living area with sofa sleeper, dining area, and complete with a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private, furnished balcony with fantastic views are extras necessities for a terrific vacation! The main bedroom features a king-size bed, light-and-airy airy bedding, wall-mounted TV, and a private bath with granite counter and tile surround tub. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and wall-mounted TV makes for a perfect place for the kids to hang out. The second hall bath also has tile surround and granite counter.

Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
