This light an airy upscale third-floor unit has a spectacular coastline view from a private balcony. The kitchen has bright white cabinetry, granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with housewares, and tiled floors. There are a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The master bedroom offers a calm contemporary feel, a large king bed, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a TV, and a DVD player. The third bedroom offers two twin beds with, a TV, and a DVD player. You will enjoy the light contemporary feel throughout the living area with a sofa, loveseat, a chair with ottoman, a dining table for six, and three bar stools and custom drapery.

Parking Notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. Please do NOT park in the owners parking spaces if you are not an owner. Vehicles NOT displaying a parking pass are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

No golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are allowed on Mainsail property.

Great ocean view condo right near the beach! The beach was amazing! The only thing keeping me from giving five star is the initial cleanliness when we arrived. There was gross water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher that took a couple cycles to get rid of the smell, and there was long hair in the bath tub drains that floated up when trying to pull a bath. Other than that the stay was wonderful and would definitely go back!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a clean condo with a new couch and loveseat (fabric with hide-a-bed) and new barstools. Vacasa really responded to the reviews from 2020 and wow’ed us with the improvements. As most vacation condos go be sure to pack your own seasonings, other than that they provide all cookware and utensils right down to a blender and coffee pot. The view and walk to the beach made it so hard to head home when the timing was right. Thank you for a lovely stay, Vacasa.

I loved the location and the Ocean view pool was close. But this Condo need ALOT of work when you sit on the couch or stools all the pilled leather sticks to your skin, the sofa bed is terrible all the wires are sticking out, The condo was dirty full of dust all over the place, the main bedroom bed is loose. It need alot of work! Its fair enough to receive something decent for what we pay for!

Nice staff , great hidden location, and loved the company, but the unit was old and dated. Could have been cleaner especially in this pandemic time period. We had a nice stay but we will not likely return to this site. Loved the Vacasa process though... very easy and prompt.

Upon first arrival, I immediately noticed that the photos on the website were very deceptive. The room was pretty clean... So that’s a plus.. However, cleanliness may be the only positive I have about the room. When we arrived, the lady at the guard gate was not helpful or friendly at all. Not that big of a deal, but it was a sign of what was to come. After completely stocking our refrigerator with groceries... we realized nothing was getting cold. We called management, was told someone would come look at it that night. The lady that showed up was very nice, but wasn’t there to fix it. Just assess it. She left, and ended up bringing us a mini fridge to hold us over until the next morning when a maintenance person could come fix the fridge. The mini fridge helped some but in NO way was a substitute for a full size fridge. The next morning came... no maintenance person.... afternoon.... no maintenance person... the NEXT morning came.... no maintenance person... FINALLY around 1pm on the last day of our trip, our refrigerator was fixed. In addition to the fridge, there were other issues with the room. The “leather” on the couch and barstools was peeling off VERY badly (which was not pictured). The beds didn’t have fitted sheets.. just a flat sheet. Half of the bedroom outlets didn’t work. The room comes with two rental beach chairs, but you better get down there early to reserve them. If not, you won’t get a good spot. And good luck just using your own chairs because the resort doesn’t leave any room near the water for you to set up. There’s also a large mud spot in the middle of the buildings, looks like an old drainage pond or something. It’s not pretty to look at and it STINKS. Smells awful. One day, the elevator near our room didn’t work.. and we saw cockroaches. Not a good experience. I don’t recommend this room or this condo building as a whole.

The place was not cleaned properly floors was dirty, showers were dirty , dinning table chairs were nasty had a lot of stains.. the floor was so dirty my socks were black when I took them off.. had a coffee machine but no coffee packs or filter to even go with it ... Couch was pilling and gave my baby a rash a little on his arm maybe from laying on the couch... needs new furniture over all ..... never again !!! To much money to be paying and you don’t get what is expected!! It’s old and need to be remodeled all over..
