I cannot begin to describe the view. Gorgeous doesn't do it justice! The condo is larger than the virtual tour makes it seem. Furniture is dated and some should be replaced, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would book this condo again.

This unit was filthy. Mold in both showers & inside coffee machine; dishes & utensils still had food on them; pillows on couch stunk; carpet was dirty; tile floor was dirty (white socks were gray after walking around); electrical short in hall bath light; toilet continued to flush; hair dryer off wall (screws remained); refrigerator leaked. AVOID unit if you want a clean place to stay.

Positives: The view of the ocean was fantastic and the TV/WiFi were fine.

This unit was clean and had an awesome view. I also liked that it was right at the laundry and elevator.

The refrigerator didn’t work the entire time and ruined our groceries and we contacted Vacasa multiple times to try to get someone to fix it and no one came. The groceries were warm and the refrigerator leaked so our food and drink were in a puddle of water. There was an Open soap left in master bathroom. Every bed in the condo was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder in the second bathroom was broken off the wall. There are nails and screws left in the wall from something previously hanging. The coffee table legs are loose and about to break off of the table. Some of the silverware left in the drawer still had food residue from the previous guests. Contacting Vacasa was easy but their communication was poor and we were told by 4 people about their policy, but every answer we got was different from each person. Vacasa said they could reimburse us for our entire trip and groceries but that isn’t a policy of theirs. They have not offered anything more than an extremely small fraction of money we had to pay on the room as well as wasted food and the additional food we had to purchase because of their negligence. The agents tried to help us but even going to management, they still claim they cannot do any more for us. I would recommend the resort we stayed in but I will never be booking through Vacasa again.

The view by far was spectacular. It’s exactly what you see on the promo picture. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings to watch pods of dolphins, schools of fish, and stingrays. It’s also centrally located for quick store runs.

Best vacation spot ever! The pictures are truly what you get! We spent our entire time on the beach and on the patio! The view was fantastic! The beds were comfy. Beach crew and staff were accommodating. Everything was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

I will start with the bad. My reservation was at 4:00pm Sunday and I arrived around 3:45ish. Prior to arriving you receive all of the info for entry via email. Got to the room and the door code did not work. After waiting on the phone for customer service for about 30 mins I reached out via social media and was able to get that taken care of pretty fast. Great, so entering the room the first thing I noticed was that the master bedroom had Not been completely cleaned from previous renter, in a time like this that not completely cleaned room really was a turn off. Took pictures and reached back out to the social media team and they got it taken care. After all of that the room turned out to be great for my family, great view of the ocean, great location, and somewhat modern finishes we enjoyed ourselves. More then likely visit with them again just hope things will be taken care of better prior my arrival.
