Azure 208 is a colorful and welcoming three-bedroom, three-bath condo located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience ultimate serenity and relaxation in this spacious condo. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, two sets of twin-size bunk beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 208 accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom with a queen-size bed is on the left of the entrance and includes a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the right includes two twin-size beds and large flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to unwind in their own space. The additional guest bathroom is accessible from both this guest bedroom and the hallway, and also includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall is the washer/dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the right at the end of the hall and features stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with a gorgeously-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo. Parking Notes: There is no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.
Parking passes are required. Two passes will be on the kitchen counter inside the unit upon arrival. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spots per the HOA. Overflow parking is located at Summerplace, 1111 Santa Rosa Blvd.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
