This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has ceramic tile floors in the living room and dining area. Other features of this upscale and contemporary-style vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, a Keurig® coffee maker, and dishwasher. Not to mention, all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a double sink vanity and a Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. This unit features wireless internet service.

Parking Notes: There is no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.
Parking passes are required. Two passes will be on the kitchen counter inside the unit upon arrival. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spots per the HOA. Overflow parking is located at Summerplace, 1111 Santa Rosa Blvd.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
