Grand Caribbean West 405 is nestled in Perdido Key, FL, just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 405 is a beautifully-decorated, one-bedroom, one-bath condo overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. It features updated furnishings and tasteful décor throughout. Enjoy peaks of the crystal-clear waters from the large patio. With a king-size bed in the bedroom and a separate bunk area with twin bunks and a twin rollaway, unit 405 accommodates up to five guests comfortably. Create lasting memories with a family beach vacation or a spontaneous trip with your closest friends. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on your left, which leads into the bathroom. There are a washer and dryer combination in the foyer area, for your added convenience. The bunk area is in the foyer, directly next to the bathroom and kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. Enjoy endless entertainment with two flat-screen televisions, two DVD players. Enjoy the many on-site amenities that Grand Caribbean West has to offer, including an outdoor pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis and barbecue grills with picnic areas. This condo was beautiful and very clean! I highly recommend going to the beach at Johnson’s Beach National Park! It’s $25/week per car, but there is hardly anyone there, and it’s definitely bigger then the public beach access at the condo, which is normally packed full! We had a great time! Thank you for opening up your vacation home to us!

We loved how close it was to the beach. However, want to make sure you know that the public beach access near the condo is very small. There is not much room. There are two resorts on either side of the public beach. But if you get there early enough you can stake out your spot. There is a public access #2 beach like a mile down the road that is huge, free, and a great location!

Also, wanted to mention the place didn’t have some things which would have been nice is:
coffee and filters
dishwasher soap
Trash bags
Hand soap
More than two things of toilet paper
Paper towels
Detergent
Oil for cooking
Salt and pepper
Other than that it was a wonderful place for me and my husband and our 3 children.

This condo was great. It was very clean and well kept with nice decor. Everything in the condo was functional and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for me, my husband and our 2 boys. I have no complaints about the condo. However....if you are staying here to enjoy the beach, this is NOT the condo for you. Please know that even though there is beach access, it is a very small "public beach access" which is between 2 "private beaches" that are strictly enforced and monitored. This leaves you with a SMALL approximately 60 foot area of beachfront to enjoy which becomes quite cramped. This is not ideal and should be disclosed in this condo's beach access description.

I’ve stayed several different places in perdido key. We come a couple times a year. By far the best condo we’ve stayed in. Clean, updated and close to the beach
