Indigo E703 is a recently updated and gorgeously-decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting incredible gulf-front views and is located in Perdido Key. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Indigo E703 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. You will fall in love with the upscale, beachy décor featuring different shades of blue to complement the Gulf of Mexico backdrop scenery, along with the gorgeous tile flooring and “at home” ambiance. Upon entering this seventh-floor condo, you will find the hall area leading to the guest bedroom on the left. The guest bedroom offers a large flat-screen television and leads into its own ensuite guest bathroom. This bathroom features a double vanity surrounded by a granite countertop, as well as a tub/shower combination. Enjoy immediate access to a private balcony attached to the guest bedroom, featuring beautiful views of the surrounding Perdido Key community. To the right of the entrance are the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area, living room, master bedroom, and private gulf-front balcony. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous light seafoam green backsplash, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The elegant wood dining table offers lovely blue place settings and seating for eight guests. There are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar, ideal for a nice meal and good conversation with your loved ones. Please note that as of 11/1/2020: Both pools and the hot tubs are now open. The grills by the pool deck are also open for guest use. The tennis courts and gazebos are closed with no timetable of reopening. With the exception of the fitness centers, which are now open, all other indoor amenities are closed until further notice and the business centers are open for mail pickup and drop-off only.
Per Indigo HOA's request, all guests are required to provide the license plate number(s) to their front desk before their arrival date in order to keep a record of everyone who's staying on their property.
