This beautiful gulf front unit is located on the seventh floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are General Electric. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops with a peninsula for added prep space and two bar stools for quick meals. The bathroom has a deep bathtub with many shelves, vanity, and cabinet. The living room has carpet and is décor with palm trees. The queen sofa bed and loveseat are light green with decorative pillows. Also, have a queen size bed with brown furniture. The unit includes a TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, and internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. This unit features WIFI or wireless internet service.

The pictures were misleading in regards to the size of the room, the kitchen utensils had barely enough to cook and didn’t even have a can opener. The bed was very uncomfortable (my fiancé has scoliosis so she was in pain most of the trip). The location was nice as was the beach service.

Pros: gulf-front. Beautiful view. Quick, short walk to the beach. Nice pool. DVD rentals included. Chairs/umbrella included and set up and taken down for guests. Conveniently located.
Needs attention: stained sofa bed mattress. Old and broken vacuum in condo. A few more dishes/utensils for cooking/serving would be helpful.
Cons: Could not get anyone on the phone when calling to ask questions or request assistance - I understand things are weird w/ Covid-19 issues, but the condo office was never once open and I never got to speak with someone - only directed to an automated phone system that left me on hold endlessly. Tried emailing with concerns and also got no response.
Also was not allowed a refund even after Vacasa confirmed my reservation then decided to cancel it (due to Covid-19 restrictions). I was only allowed to reschedule and use my “credit” AT A HIGHER RATE and pay the additional.
