This beautiful wheelchair accessible Gulf-front condo is located on the 4th floor and includes balcony entrances in both the master bedroom and living room which leads to a large balcony overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is equipped with coastal furnishings as well as low reach light switches, thermostat, custom-made round about kitchen area easily accessible via wheelchair, and tile floors throughout. Enjoy mixing your favorite beverages at your wet bar that has a separate built-in ice maker. The master suite is complete with a standard size King bed, access to your gulf view balcony, and the attached master bathroom is built out with a wheelchair accessible roll-in shower, open toilet area with grab bars, and more. Flat screen TV's in all bedroom and living room areas and free secured WiFi within your unit. Other features of this luxurious coastal decor vacation rental unit include full-size washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Guests have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or just unwind in the outdoor hot tub.

There are still several units in the building that are having work done as well. We do not manage every unit in the building, therefore we do not know the timeframe on when work will be completed. Per the HOA, construction workers are allowed to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Parking Notes: Strict Up to 2 Palacio Passes; No more than 2 will be issued; Guests will be responsible for seeking their own additional parking off property if more than 2 vehicles are brought. The parking lot across the street is not for extra vehicles and a parking pass is required for the lot across the street.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Unit comes with two chairs and one umbrella. To get the complementary set, give the beach service the name on the reservation and unit number. Beach service runs May-October.
