This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the master bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and contemporary styled vacation rental unit include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The Living Room has a 42" Flat Screen Smart TV with built-in WiFi bringing you the best of the web. The easy to use app gallery lets you choose from favorites like Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, Facebook, Twitter and more. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom has TVs and DVD players. Guests have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or just unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Please note: The tennis courts will be closed until further notice due to Hurricane Sally damage. As of December 2020, a reopening date has not been set.
There are still several units in the building that are having work done as well. We do not manage every unit in the building, therefore we do not know the timeframe on when work will be completed. Per the HOA, construction workers are allowed to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The view was Amazing, a very nice condo

The advertised stay was exactly as marketed. We had 8 people comfortably situated in the living space with ample kitchen amenities to support us during the stay. The condo building was well maintained, sanitary, and personnel attentive to our needs. Parking was a bit tight for a truck and SUV so I would recommend using the overflow across the street. The beach was acceptable very easy, but carts with wheels was a challenge each day as there are three sets of stairs. Also there is ver limited spaces on the beach with the condo setting up umbrellas each day. I would stay again and recommend it for future vacationers.

We stayed at this condo in July of 2020. Overall, it was a very nice place - clean and comfortable. The living room ceiling fan wobbles badly, and a toilet ran occasionally - but otherwise, it was nice. And the cookware was decent - not common for a rental. If we had one complaint, it's that we didn't get much info like the passcode to the building or aux parking. And no details on what to do at checkout.

The location is great, right on the beach within an easy drive of groceries, restaurants, etc.

We had a great few days away at Palacio. This was our first time to stay here and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms were very spacious and we enjoyed the large balcony. The pool was clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all. We definitely recommend this condo!
