This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a large patio that provides a spectacular coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this gorgeous unit include a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. Each of the two bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. This unit has a washer and dryer as well. This gorgeous condo has one reserved parking space, which is covered; the second space is open. This condo also has elevator access for your convenience.

The condo is very nice and not too cramped for 6 people. About a 5min walk to the beach and no stairs to get there. The beach area for these condos are shared with public access. The total length for this shared area can't be 50 yards. So we set up around 9am each morning to ensure a front row seat to the ocean. The assistance was sub par. Poor instructions on exactly where the after hours key box is (btw, it's on the wall, covered in plastic outside the Vascasa office building, .6miles up the road at Island Echos). Who still uses keys anyway? I was told no grills or grilling area - there are clearly 3 areas. There is a charcoal area already set up, but I just wheeled my portable gas grill to that same area...no issues. I was instructed to park our 3rd car 3miles away. We just parked the 3rd car down in the lot with all the other vehicles with no parking permit - no issues over 8 days. Overall - a great place, just had to figure out a few things on our own! Lastly - there are restaurants open (I could never get an answer before our arrival).
Hi, Gregg! We are sorry for any inconveniences that you experienced. The HOA at the Seacrest Condos just recently approved use of an electronic access keypad so no key would be required for access. Some owners opted to have them installed, while others opted to stay with the key. The owner for this unit opted to not have the electronic keypad. Due to limited parking in most of the condos, we are limited to two vehicles per condo unit. The HOA mandates this and uses tow services to enforce this. We are thankful that you were able to have a 3rd vehicle on property during your stay without incident. We’re sorry you didn’t receive correct information regarding the grill areas. We discourage anyone bringing their own grill because the Fire Marshall does not allow the use of grills in the units or on the balconies. We are thankful that the grill areas were there for your use. Seacrest Condos are situated next to a public beach access. Thank you!
