*Due to Hurricane Sally destruction, the center building at the Summerwind Condominium will be undergoing extensive construction including the replacement of the roof and all unit's sheetrock repair. The roof construction is due to begin on 3/15/2022 and should continue for approximately 16 days. During this process, there may be days that require work to be done with a jackhammer. The contractors are permitted to work from 8am to 5pm. There will be a crane stationed on the property which may mean reduced parking availability and limited access to the property. Parking and property entry will of course still be available to our guests. Once the roof construction is complete, each unit's interior sheetrock repairs are due to begin on 4/5/2022 and the process should take about three weeks.
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
