For a beautifully appointed modern vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor unit is sure to please. The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful upscale modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous contemporary black furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has a rich chocolate & deep red color palette, upgraded granite countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Pros- Directly on a private beach
2 Beach chairs included in rental
Space is good for the amount of rent
Living room Tv didn’t work and someone was there in 20 minutes and fixed it
Cons- Not updated at all-furnishings or the entire condo
Walls and ceilings are thin - you can hear from other condos
No one is at property for complaints
Overall just average for the price!

We were throughly pleased with our stay. The cleanliness was such a plus, but the ocean view was exactly what we wanted. Its a beautiful location and family oriented and quiet. We didn't hear anyone except an occasional footstep above. No sunset view but beautiful moon rise views. We will return.

good location and nice being right on the beach with umbrella and chair service. condo is old and not well maintained. bed has cheap uncomfortable mattress, no mattress pad and sheets that didn't fit. sheets had hole in them and pillowcase had blood stain on it. dirty washcloth in the shower when we arrived.

Were told that we could not check in early due to extensive cleaning to be performed because of COVID-19. Checked in and found condo was no where near clean. We had cleaned for nearly the first two hours of our stay. Some of the things we found:
1- moldy shower curtain.
2- dirty cooking utensils.
3- bathroom faucets dirty.
4- sand and water in closets.
5- HVAC filter very dirty.
6- missing cable tv box in master bedroom.
7- internet was never available. Tried resetting modem several times. Would never show availability.
8- bugs in ice tray.
9- dirty bed sheets.
With all this said, I notified Vacasa and my cleaning deposit was refunded within 2 days, no questions asked. We also traveled with another family who stayed on the third floor and they had similar cleaning issues with their condo as well. They were also credited their cleaning fee.
The condos are great other than the immediate cleaning issues. We would definitely go back if the cleaning situation is resolved.

This condo was the perfect space for our family! It was located on the beach in a quiet area of town. It was close to lots of great eating and shopping places! We will be going back!

The location of the condo is perfect. It's on a more quiet section of Scenic 98 but still not too far from attractions. The condo is right on the beach and offers beach chair/umbrella services. The condo is a little older and could use some upgrades. It also needs a new shower curtain liner *badly*, the bottom of one of the doors to the shower/laundry room needs some adjustment as it is incredibly hard to open and one section of the tiles needs be looked at next to the washer as it is feeling a little soft. Overall, these are minor little details and I would stay here again. The staff we talked were all very nice and we only had one issue with other guests (someone's kids set off the fire alarm at midnight).
