Gorgeous 2nd Floor Condo in Heart of Destin! Gulf Front, Pool, Beach Boardwalk
This second floor unit has a Floridian cottage style with tasteful tropical decorative accents. Enjoy a breathtaking Gulf front view from the spacious private balcony. The living area has a cozy microfiber tan sofa and loveseat, nicely tiled floors, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite counters, light wood cabinets, full size appliances as well as the full complement of housewares. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools available for ample seating. The master bedroom features a lovely white cottage furniture, custom tropical bedding, and tiled floors. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy jewel toned floral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

We rent at Crystal Sands many times throughout the year and this unit is one of the nicest we’ve been in. Nicely decorated, lots of pots and pans and a wonderful coffee maker! The bed was comfortable too! Will look for this unit the next time we go.

We stayed at Crystal Sands over Thanksgiving. Unit 216A is very nice and clean and beautifully decorated. Living room has a nice sectional which gave us roomy comfortable seating. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was stocked with a small supply of automatic dishwasher soap and regular dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and samples of shampoo, body wash, soap and conditioner. Anything else you need is available at nearby stores. We were out of season for the beach chair service, but the condo did have 2 beach chairs for our use to take down to the beach. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to is to add a way to diffuse the light coming through the blinds at night (we ended up handling a lap blanket in front of the window to help). There are plenty of towels and wash cloths, but be sure to bring your own beach towels. Beach view is beautiful! We prefer smaller condo options as we like less crowds and a quiet peaceful place to relax and Crystal Sands did not disappoint. My only complaint about the complex is the pool location. It is so close to the complex that there is minimal sun exposure, so if you like to sunbathe by the pool, this may not be the place for you. We also recommend Deweys Destin Harborside if you like seafood!

It was so beautifully decorated, great use of space, there were 4 adults and one teenager, and we had plenty of room! Balcony looks over the gulf, super easy walk to the ocean!!!!! Will def stay here again........ hopefully sooner than later 😁
