Cucumber Patch at Shock Hill is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Breckenridge with gondola-in/gondola-out access to the BreckConnect gondola. Just steps away from the Shock Hill gondola station, guests have the option of taking a short ride to the lifts at either Peak 7 or Peak 8 or taking a daytime ride into town. It's a delight for Nordic skiers also, with trails from the Breckenridge Nordic Center passing right by the home. Built in 2001, this recently remodeled home features all the luxuries of a top-notch mountain retreat, including a spacious floor plan, gourmet custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, polished granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, cathedral ceilings and quality furnishings throughout. This private home spans 2, 368 square feet over two spacious levels. The open great room layout features a comfortable living area with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan, anchored by a moss-rock gas fireplace and hearth. The extra sleeping area features a leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV and DVD.

The adjacent dining area seats six and leads into a large kitchen with a breakfast bar that seat eight people. The entire main floor is perfect for entertaining a large family or group either while cooking, enjoying the fire or watching television. It is easy access to the deck to entertain, grill our, or take in the forest views while lounging in the Adirondack chairs. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this level. The master suite is located on the main level and has its own gas fireplace, an HD Flat Screen TV, a king bed with a twin sofa sleeper and new wood floors. The recently remodeled en suite bathroom has a claw-foot tub, separate steam shower and his and her sinks. The second suite is located on the lower level and has a queen bed with a Flat Screen TV and a recently remodeled bathroom. The third bedroom is also on the lower level with a 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king. The den has a leather queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. This room is also great for watching movies on the 52 inch Flat Screen TV. The third full bathroom is located on the lower level. It boasts his and her sinks with a newly remodeled shower. Guests will appreciate the convenience of private washer/dryer, in-floor radiant heat and a private heated two-car garage. This unit has parking for four vehicles. Garage height is 7'.

We were very pleased with the property and it is in our favorite location in Breckenridge. There were some problems with the home but your management people for that property really stepped up and got them fixed. When we rent these types of homes, we treat them as if they were our own and if we see things that need to be repaired, we request that those repairs be done. Your maintenance people did that and we were grateful but I would think that the owner would also be grateful.
