The Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is just steps away with all the shopping and dining visitors could desire and perfect views of downtown parades and events all year long. Best of all, there are shops and Mi Casa restaurant (one of the best in town) right in the building. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of an on-site outdoor hot tub and secure heated underground parking garage. This Der Steiermark studio plus loft is 400 square feet and sleeps up to four with a queen bed in the loft plus queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Had an amazing time! The overall condition was good. Have no complaints. Would be an awesome little spot during the winter as well.

Very comfortable condo in the heart of Breckenridge. Right on the bike path, across from the Peak 9 lifts and surrounded by restaurants and quaint shops makes this the perfect place stay. A balcony, that overlooks the Blue River and the town, is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need for pleasant stay.

We weren’t sure of all of the rules for staying in someone’s home. Expectations are known with Air B&B, but there was no clear rules of how to leave the property or if we’d be charged a fee if there was a difference check out process vs a traditional hotel room.

Pretty old, furniture too low for ' oldsters' to get up from, bed uncomfortable. But, that being said, it had all you would need for a short vacation.

Driving to keystone for our first ski experience at keystone and an impatient driver in front of me turned an illegal U turn. A crash ensued... car undrivable. Carmel (not sure of spelling) let shaken me and my kids check in early. Was very kind and helpful. My son rewarded him with a big hug. We kept our spirits up and all went better from there. Could not expected better service or care at this establishment!!! Thanks a ton!

Due to an issue with a hot water heater in our first unit, we were moved to an upgraded unit for the last two nights of our stay. The staff was very helpful.
