Loved the location and overall cleanliness but it lacked basic,necessary elements in cooking, place settings ,utensils,extra towels (only supplied with one set person),and lighting which desperately needs to be upgraded. It was obvious the dining room is in need of a chandelier as an extra floor lamp was utilized which was probably ' borrowed' from the MBR. And it was terribly underlit to begin with as well. My suggestion for future sale and or rentals is to upgrade the lighting . Chandelier in the dining room and recessed cans with higher wattage or lumens . For sale purposes the master bedroom window is extremely fogged due to a failed seal within the double pane. Not a good view nor a good outlook for future buyers . ' Plan on New windows in your future budget if considering purchasing' .
