Open-concept ski lodging w/shared hot tub, close to slopes!

Soak in the community hot tub while admiring views of the mountains you've trekked, skied, and biked all day when you stay in this open-concept Keystone vacation rental with gear storage, covered parking, and access to Keystone's best attractions!

This condo is just a short walk or shuttle ride to the Mountain House Base chairlift area and within walking distance of the Keystone Ice Rink and several eateries and shops. Take in the views of the slopes, the Ten Mile Range, and the Snake River from multiple points throughout the property, including the hot tub deck and the picnic area.

Keep up to two cars free of snow in the covered, heated parking garage, and store your gear downstairs in a personal ski locker.

A spacious, open floor plan and a vintage mountain lodge style create a getaway that feels like home. Bring board games to spread out on the floor in front of the gas fireplace, or curl up on the sofa and over-sized armchair for a cable TV show or to check snow reports via WiFi.

Guests will see stunning views from the windows of the main living space - head out to the deck for a shady spot on a hot day to read or sip a cool beverage, or take a snooze!

The kitchen is a quaint affair with white appliances and medium-light wood cabinets. All the standard appliances, including a grill out on the deck and a dishwasher for easy cleaning make this kitchen a go-to for in-home dining. For fancier meals out and about (or for nights when you don't feel like cooking), there are several eateries just a short walk away! The complex also includes a community picnic area with a shared grill and stunning mountain views.

A private, stacked washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen, so guests can do a load of laundry and cook at the same time!

This one-bedroom, one-bedroom condo is quite roomy for its size. The master suite includes a queen bed and deck access, making waking up an extra special event. The sofa pulls out into a full-size bed for extra accommodations. Given the set up, this rental is a great choice for two close couples, two friends traveling together, or a close-knit family.

Keystone is a mountain town bustling with activity all year long. Check out the Keystone Ski Resort with over 3000 acres of skiable terrain, including back country, some of Colorado's best tree skiing, and the A51 Terrain Park. Book a private or group lesson at the Ski & Snowboard School, the Explorers and Kroozers programs for kids, or with the Adaptive Ski Program. Try a Ski Cat Tour, or get frisky with a bout of Night Skiing!

Not much for snow? How about ice skating at the Keystone Ice Rink, or a rejuvenating spa treatment at the Keystone Spa? Want to stay fit, just not in the cold? Check out Studio K's strength and cardio classes, including seasonal favorites like SUP yoga (yes, that's yoga on a stand-up paddle board) and Mountain Top Yoga.

Summertime brings warm weather and new activities. Fish on the Snake River, or head to Frisco for a day of water recreation at Dillon Reservoir 10 miles away. The Keystone Bike Park is a park for all levels of biker with all sorts of terrain, from rock gardens to single tracks. Check out a bike clinic if you're interested in gaining experience or honing skills.

Take in the views with quality tee time at one of two golf courses - The River Course at Keystone and the Keystone Ranch Golf Course - or challenge your friends to a game of tennis at the Keystone Tennis Center.

After your full day of mountain fun, head back to your Summit County vacation rental to rest up for your next adventure!

Very nice place. A little air conditioning would be nice but the fans worked and we realize it is mostly a winter destination.

It's a super cute condo, very clean and quiet. Has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need, and then some.
Rebecca W. Mar 2018
It was a great place to stay at Keystone. I would highly recommend it.

10 minutes walk to the slopes, rent your skis nline at the shop next to the goat bar. Don't eat at the goat! Only drinks. The best restaurant is Zuma at the river run. Shuttles go on time everywhere every 10-20 minutes. Run humidifiers in your unit 24/7 , keep an eye on water level.

Great condo, enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint was the lack of hot water.
Natalia E. Nov 2017
This little lodge apartment is perfectly located for winter skiing or summer hiking/biking. The place was clean and homey. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo, clean and roomy enough for 2.
West exposure makes the condo way too warm for a summer stay. The exposure is perfect for a winter stay.
Damien F. Mar 2017
A little small but adequately furnished. Well used but clean. A little bit of a walk to ski shuttle pick up (equivalent to 2 blocks), but not bad. Amenities are limited, but price is good.
Miles C. Mar 2017
Great condo. Reservation and check in process were very easy. Location not super close to the lifts, but was certainly within walking distance. Condo was in great condition and had everything we needed.

Close to slopes, conveniently right on U.S. 6. Nice and quiet with garage parking included and a convenient ski locker on the same floor as the room. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen seemed well stocked with flatware, dishes, coffee maker, coffee, and cooking utensils.
Keren W. Feb 2017
Great location and spacious place. Well equipped kitchen and very easy to follow instructions from the first booking.

Its on the first floor so it's pretty easy for super-intoxicated lunatics to try to break down your patio door at 2AM.

Other than that the proximity to keystone is great and the condo is very cozy!

My boyfriend and I stayed here at tenderfoot for 16 days and absolutely loved it. Our room felt like home and the fire place was a definite plus! There's a chair lift not too far from the lodge that made boarding easy and less stressful (mainly because parking is hard after 10am). The garage is heated and easy to access! The staff was more than helpful and the place was spotless! Tenderfoot was worth every penny we spent on it!

Me and my wife had a really good time. The room was nice and clean. 10 minutes walk to slopes make your stay more comfortable. We definitely will stay here next time!

Comfortable, spacious and with everything you need to call your HOME in Keystone. Kitchen with everything!!!
We hope to return !!
We had only one question with the garage password but the Local Operations Manager, Ryan, was available and solved everything.

My husband and i really enjoyed the quiet time we had away from our busy lives. There was so much to do around the place. The communication from the management company was wxcellent. The amenities in the kitchen were super so we did not need to go out to eat. Of course the area scenery is breath taking. We hope to come back again.

Nice place

The Tenderfoot Lodge was the best accommodation i have ever had the pleasure to stay in, after 21 years of Spring Skiing.
I hope to make it my second home every Spring and cannot wait until next year.
Would it be possible to do a deal with Colorado Mountain Express and a local Ski Rental company to make life a little easier for foreign travellers like myself?
A wonderful experience overall.
David C. Mar 2016
We enjoyed our stay here, follow up with questions after our arrival were left unanswered however we still had a great spring break vacation.
Manager Response:
We regret to see that you were left unassisted during your stay and want to assure our guests that we are hiring more agents for the phones so that this does not occur in the future.
Laurie F. Mar 2016
This room in the Tenderfoot lodge was comfortable and convenient! Parking was very easy and warm, condo was well set up with everything I needed. I drove, so there was easy access to things.
Linda H. Mar 2016
Enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. Very clean condo.
Jacob M. Feb 2016
A nice, quiet place to stay. The property was clean and well maintained. About a 10 minute walk to the lifts if you don't take the shuttle, but there's a nice path. I would definitely stay here again.

It is very beautiful inside! They have a dishwasher washer and dryer. The Jacuzzis there are two of those and they were very well-kept and clean and warm. Very pretty and relaxing feels like you're just at home I would recommend this to anyone

An amazing place to stay! My friend stayed in the same place and we both will continue to recommend unit 2601 to anyone staying in keystone!
