Location and price each a 10. The mattress and bedding a 6, cleanliness a 7. Decor 0. A 19' tube TV on a 1970's TV stand. You can get a 40' HDTV for $300.00. A nice stand $200.00. The dresser is scratched up and missing a handle. The old headboards look like something from a boy scout camp.
