We loved our getaway to Breckenridge. Our family loves going to Breckenridge anytime we can. Chalet 231 was perfect for our family of six. The Condo had everything we needed. It was big everything that we weren’t on top of one another, but felt cozy at the same time. The location was perfect and almost everything was walking distance. We travel to Breckenridge at least four times a year and definitely will be back!!!

There is so much room for the price you pay! Loved the condo, but we didn’t know there was no AC in the unit - I feel as though this isn’t an “amenity” and it should be listed that this isn’t available. However it was in the low 60’s / high 50’s at night so we just opened the windows, the people above us or below us are smokers so we would be woken up in the middle of the night early morning by smoke.. but we didn’t let that ruin how we felt about the space. It is very cozy! Thank you!

This is a beautiful three bedroom condo located within walking distance of downtown. The condo is beautifully updated, is close to hiking trails and is right next to the ski lift (although we stayed during the summer). We really enjoyed our long weekend and will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. Layout was perfect for my family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (but we did buy a baking sheet to use because we didn’t find one) Mud room at the front entry was perfect for summer mountain supplies like bike helmets, sunscreen and shoes. Location was great-about a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street for dinner. The only unfortunate part of our stay was that this unit does not have A/C (which we didn’t realize until we arrived. We opened the windows to enjoy the summer weather but the party below us were smokers and it went right into our unit each morning and evening. It took us a couple days to figure out exactly which unit it was coming from. We politely let them know, and they did not realize and were very apologetic. In the meantime we would close the windows to keep the smell out and it would get pretty stuffy inside. Other than that, it was a great stay. A little confusion and difficultly at times with communication during switch over in management companies but the unit itself is wonderful!
