First rate condo. This is the second time I have stayed here.
Great location with a heated parking garage. To get to the ski lift, walk though the garage from Water House on P2 until you see the elevator on the left.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Water House on Main. It was an excellent location. I absolutely loved the kitchen amenities. It's to be noted that the bedrooms lacked adequate lighting. Overall, it was and enjoyable stay.

We would HIGHLLY recommend staying at WaterHouse! Great location to restaurants & shops on Main Street. Based on my extensive rental searches within the area, WaterHouse is by far the nicest....all of the units were beautifully done with upscale features and decor. Unit #5208 was perfect with all the perks we needed to enjoy our week away. Also to note, Breckenridge & Vail have done a fabulous job of ensuring everyone wears masks at all times so we felt completely safe with our family during the Covid pandemic.

We loved being at the base of the mountains with access to Main Street and the various trails. Hiking to Mowhawk lower lake was spectacular. We took E-bikes around lake Dillion and had an amazing day touring some of Summit county. We would definitely stay here again.

The reason for not full 5 stars was the road noise. For summer you need the windows open for cool breeze at night and right around 6am the hwy 9 road noise with trucks and cars starts. Also the master shower head needs to be replaced as its low water pressure and wont hold up in place.

This condo was conveniently located and very comfortable. For our family of four it was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat most meals at the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The patio overlooked trees - very relaxing watching the aspen leaves dance in the breeze. Only downside I can mention is that since there was no A/C we slept with windows open and the traffic noise was a little loud.

Our family of 4 just needed to get away and love Breckenridge. This place is incredible! There was plenty of room, is beautifully decorated, had everything we need. They have great amenities but they were closed due to covid19. When we return we plan to stay here again.

The unit was clean ...and updated....the staff was very nice ...the shuttle was handy...the time was restful...and there rate was reasonable.
