The rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings and the sunset over the mountains out the west windows.

This property is outstanding. The location couldn't be better--we had four teenagers and they were able to walk everywhere in town. This condo is in great shape, pretty new with a modern layout, and has two master bedrooms with en suites. One of them is definitely better appointed than the other, but 3 bed/3 bath plus an office is a pretty stellar setup within a few steps of Maggie Pond, Main Street, and hiking trails. Secure, underground parking is great. Only a couple minor drawbacks--the layout of the property is a little strange--the front desk is a couple of buildings over with no direct foot access. Not a big deal once you're checked in. We had a ceiling fan maintenance issue that never got resolved, but again, not a huge problem. The hot tubs are closed and the pool requires reservations due to COVID, as of July 2020. I wish I would have known about this in advance since that was a selling point for us. Overall though, I'd definitely book this unit again without hesitation. It was perfect for our party of six.

We spent 6 days in this condo in June 2020 with my wife, two kids and two of their friends. We had a great time and the condo was overall very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The good:
*great location, easy access to main street and skiing
*very clean throughout
*mostly good quality materials throughout
*nice layout, roomy, never felt crowded
*well stocked kitchen and bathrooms

What needed work:
*Some Appliances needed repair - Freezer was not making ice (there was a sign mentioning it), dishwasher did not dispense detergent a couple of times, towel rack in MBath kept falling down
*Pools/Hot tub where (understandably) closed

Breckenridge is beautiful, the location of Waterhouse to the slopes and town is perfect.
