Great location with easy access to town and Quicksilver lift.
Nice 3 bedroom set up and spacious sitting / kitchen area.
Only complaints:
Several lights burned out. Speed control on ceiling fans were not working - maintenance responded, but did not have the batteries on hand to fix.

We had a great time at the Waterhouse 6305. Location was good. We could walk to Main Street and to the lifts. Inside the home was well furnished. Management was quick to respond when we had a broken coffee maker. I do wish it had more cooking spices, like basic salt and pepper or olive oil. All and all a nice place although i feel it was very expensive stay.

This condo was perfect for our family trip. It was the best of both worlds between a hotel and a rental property. There was the convenience of a hotel with a very friendly check in staff with helpful recommendations and amenities including the pool, but we had plenty of space and enjoyed being able to cook and spread out.

This was one of the nicest units I've stayed in at Water House over the years, but there were a few things that could have been better. The second master bedroom didn't have the ' king' bed arranged and we had to call the get this taken care of and new linens put on. This happened fairly quickly, but was a little inconvenient. The unit needed to be vacuumed, but we did not request this be done. Lastly, and this is a big one for me, although the unit had very nice appliances in the kitchen, the available cookware and kitchen setup was a bit disappointing. There were no cookie sheets or a broiling pan. There were only 2 kitchen towels, no dish cloth or sponge, and no dish soap to hand wash cookware. Again, it's a really nice unit, just my thoughts.

Great location and close to EVERYTHING!!! I’m rating an 8 instead of a 10 bc we were suppose to have had a queen size bed but had two twins instead.

For the most part, the unit was in great shape. We had a rocky beginning with a clogged toilet which was fixed almost immediately by the wonderful maintanence staff. Our condo was missing many stock items - glasses, utensils, and various other kitchen items. The front desk was called 3 -4 times prior to housekeeping responding. We had family coming for dinner and barely got dinner on the table in time. We have stayed at Mainstreet Station and WH on 15 or more different occasions. The response time was definitely not up to the standards we have enjoyed in past years.

Our family have been coming to Breck for many years. We love Main Street/Waterhouse because it is a well maintained complex and the staff could not be more pleasant or professional. We are within walking distance for everything and that is huge in our book! In the last several years the retail has come back to the complex and more wonderful restaurants. This his a huge improvement as well like when we first started coming to Breck 14 years ago. So lovely vacation trip again and we had great snow too. Thank you for providing a fantastic facility and and making our vacation equally fantastic 😊 Gigi and Dewey Corley
