This condo is part of Dulany at the Gondola, a lovely complex that sits a few steps south of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be enviably positioned to take advantage of the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved, multi-use trail that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. The answering service that's on call in the mornings had poor customer service. It's challenging when you can't get any help prior to 8:00 AM. Especially when one morning there still wasn't anyone available after 8:15. When you're on a ski vacation you want to be out the door and enjoying yourself. Not waiting on someone to answer your call. Not to mention, the answering service told me to call back when all we needed were towels and our trash removed.
