Great house, great layout, great location, & great amenities. We had a party of (6) and the house was more than large enough to easily accommodate all of us. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the gondola and ski base shops. The garage is equipped to be a "ski sport" prep area with sitting benches, shelving, and ski/snowboard racks for all the necessary equipment. It was a very convenient setup to have with all the recreational gear.
However, as good as it was, I can't give 5 stars due to the following:
- fridge has more or less a non-existent ice maker
- one stove eye would not light (gas stove)
- no blankets found anywhere in the home (don't know if due to COVID or not but one would think they would be available
- only upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans; (2) downstairs bedrooms had no fans and the (2) fans found in the townhome did not work
Even with the detractions, the home is great and we would consider staying there again and probably will (we've been to Steamboat 3 of the last 5 years and love it there).
Manager response:
Thank you for staying in one of our homes! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we regret any issues you experienced. We apologize for the oversight of the confetti and blankets. We are happy to report this home is scheduled for a deep cleaning and maintenance check this coming week ,which will include the fans and the confetti clean up. Please note we typically do have blankets that are housed in the closets of this home. Our COVID policy has us clean and replace them. Our apologies, it appears they were not replaced after cleaning. We appreciate your feedback as our guest comfort is very important to us. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and each bedroom was separated. House was clean and perfect. It's covid but the pool and hot tubs were nice when we could actually use them. Pickup was the last stop for the ski resort so we didn't have to stop other than the base.

Great property and service but not very clean.

It would have been a 10, but only two things. 1) the sheet on the pullout had a yellow stain in the corner where someone (or a dog) had peed on it. We stripped it and washed it and it came out. Not a big deal, but a little offputting to see on your first night when trying to put young children to bed. 2) the place was not stocked with enough toilet paper, shampoo etc. to get through a week. Also Not a big deal, because we called and requested more, but it was one more thing at the end of a busy day.

Carpet was dirty and had a bit of a smell. Pots and pans were old, I had to call to get a knife for chopping because our handle broke off during first use, it was our only one. We bought steaks the first night and there was no outside grill we had to call for a loaner and was given one two days later.
