Timber Run 408 is a spacious three-bedroom condo with a loft and new upgrades and furniture. The condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating available at the breakfast bar and dining area table. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, games and books, vaulted ceilings, a lovely gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The comfortable main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third has two twin beds. The loft includes a door and indoor window that brings in lots of natural light, and the smaller guests will enjoy the new log bunk-bed twin set. There are two additional full bathrooms, as well. The condo also has a queen sofabed in the living area. Guests at Timber Run enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, a barbecue area, a clubhouse, laundry facilities, free shuttle service (winter only) to the ski area, shopping and downtown, and more!

The condo had a lot of space, nice and open in the family room, dining room and kitchen. The condo complex had a shuttle running to and from the mountains which made it very convenient. The hot tubs and pool were open to use with a reservation system in place but made it accessible at least. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well with plenty of clean linens and towels.

The condo is spacious and well equipped. Our kids loved the bunk beds and doing the puzzles and playing the games in the unit. The kitchen has everything you need and the appliances seem brand new. We will definitely be back.
