I loved that it was private from the rest very affordable yet awesome view.Very easy to reserve pay and use codes for access.Zero hassle,clean,and no useless knick knacks to break.Maintence staff works so hard and keeps the pool and areas clean.JUST A SHORT WALK TO BEACH,the free tram takes you to baytown warf for live music and fun.

I was given wrong and conflicting information for check in when we arrived. They were originally hard to get ahold of before our stay. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had three wrist bands for our three guests. They promised they did, and when we arrived there were only two. We specifically booked this room because it said there was a furnished patio. When we arrived, there was no furnished balcony, no balcony at all existed. Most all of the outlets didn’t work, no coffee for the coffee maker, blow dryer did not work. The local manager was helpful and easy to get in touch with afterwards and gave us a refund on our first night after hearing our experience. Just make sure you know there is no balcony on this room, and make sure you get the correct information for where it is.
