What a fun location, house, pool, vibe, everything about our holiday trip was stupendous. The backyard is so perfect for days lying by the pool, morning coffee, and views of the beautiful skyline above Pristine palm trees. Everything California.. The only unexpected visitor you should be aware of is that garbage day is on Friday and that means they have access with a key to your backyard so when you’re sitting in your bathing suit know you might have a visitor who doesn’t expect to see anybody lying by the pool. Yikes. The TVs do not function in the bedrooms with access to channels, but we were outside a ton. Beautiful 70’s in November. Other than that, the house was well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the couch is probably on its way out, but wow, what a great fantastic retro look. A great way to spend my birthday and Thanksgiving!

This place was great! Fantastic mid-century décor and stunning landscaping. The home was well stocked with supplies and cooking utensils. The only two issues we had were that we checked in after dark and had difficulty seeing the lock box to access the key (dark hallway) and the kitchen gas stove is pretty sketchy. Overall we loved it and will be back.

The property is very clean and well maintained. We lived the vintage vibe. Plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor. Great beds and sheets. Plenty of glassware, pots and pans. (You may want to get acrylic wine glasses since glass is verboten poolside). The backyard was amazing, private, and relaxing, but be advised that local ordinance forbids outside music which makes poolside fun very quiet. Nice location with easy access to SR 111, the airport and to downtown. Pool heater was on the fritz (Service light on), apparently but it was still 95 degrees outside so it was like lake swimming (H20 Temp 77, not 86 which is what the thermostat indicated). We spent most of our time at the University of Redlands (33 min drive) so that`s all I can say about the property. A much more comfortable and affordable option for Parent`s Weekend than the local hotel at $500/night. This place is on our list for future campus visits!

The house was conveniently located; the pool was great. It was a nice clean home with comfortable beds and was quiet at night. The yard and pool and BBQ was beautiful.

The house had a relaxed laid back, retro feel and had most everything we needed. Really enjoyed having the fresh fruit trees in season mid March during our stay and the lovely private backyard.
