Parking Notes: Underground parking garage in Cimarron Garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking pass required and the pass will be in the unit. Garage door opener located in unit (please return at check out). Clearance: 6'8". Personnel door key-code in garage is 81*043141 . NOTE - Parking Garage Update: New for 2021 - the HOA is not allowing any cars more than 20 ft long (which includes trucks and cars with bike/cooler racks) to park in the Cimarron garage. The garage is small and doesn't allow for maneuvering of big vehicles.
Extra note: The garage is located on the far west end of the building, accessed from Mahoney Dr.

Pros
-Location is great. Lift right outside our condo.
-Having our own washer and dryer was great.
-Kitchen decently stocked.
-Provided washing soap, paper towels, shampoo

Cons
-Needs a facelift bad. Because it’s so outdated, it feels dirty.
-Carpet in master bath around toilet is gross
-Master shower didn’t drain well, mold around bottom u set the caulking and shower head leaked
-Master bath toilet seat was broke at the hinge
-No explanations for where the trash is located and end of visit clean up expectations.

The shower head, shower drain, and mold have been taken care of. The toilet seat has been replaced.
