Outdoor entertaining couldn't be more grand than on the upstairs patio. The partially covered space boasts vaulted wood ceilings that perfectly frame the rolling mountains and greenery below. A gas grill and bistro table for four makes this an intimate space for an anniversary dinner or celebratory meal.

Rack the balls for a traditional pool hall tournament or play Ping Pong on the official size table. You'll never have to wait for a turn thanks to an additional foosball and hockey table!

Look for shooting stars on the lower-level patio. Outdoor gear such as stand up paddle boards and skis are easily stored thanks to a four car garage on the main level. The grounds offer ample space for little ones to let off some energy with morning walks or games of tag. Bring mountain bikes to explore the country gravel roads or plan outdoor adventures in town!

My family enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving at this beautiful home.
The home owner was so kind to round up some sleds for us to use. We had so much fun sledding after the snow storm on Thanksgiving day.

This home is gorgeous and has everything you need to get away and relax. The location is fabulous, the view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises, sunsets and evenings on the impressive deck. The home is beautifully crafted with fantastic finishes. Such a wonderful home and location. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was very neat with everything we needed. It was spacious and very comfortable!

This home is excellent home base for family get together. Game room was excellent for grandchildren and adults alike.

Our stay at Lone Eagle at Ranch was exceptional! Everyone with us thought the accommodations, cleanliness, view and process was outstanding!

We were looking for a cabin with lots of room and this was perfect! Very nice and had a great kitchen! We loved staying there and would stay again for sure!

Property is NOT as described. Dining room only seats six adults, in baronial comfort, but inasmuch as the description says the property sleeps 16, so there is a gigantic disconnect here. Outdoor upper deck only seats 4 for dinning at a bar table; so anywhere from 2 to 12 people need to sit on the deck and eat off their laps. Not "corporate retreat" style, and not comfortable or luxurious. One bedroom has NO window treatments, meaning not only lack of privacy but streaming sunlight in the morning ... HELLO! time to get up! A nice property for six adults; we were 12 adults, ages 45-74, and accordingly we did not have a very good time. Also, do not trust any representations from vacasa, they gave them to us - more chairs, seating, to accommodate our group - - - but they did nothing.

Property was wounderful and the house was amazing

This is a great house. Quite remote with a small dirt access road the last mile or so. We stayed in August and the Lack of AC was not a problem. The house handles large groups well. I would not attempt winter access without a 4x4

We really had an amazing time staying at Lone Eagle Ranch. Vacasa Rentals made it easy to check in and get details about the location. We were lucky enough to be offered free early check-in and also paid a small amount for a late checkout that really helped us enjoy our time more fully. The property is located off a dirt road, so plan on a car wash following your stay. The view was wonderful. The house was abundantly stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. They also included personal care items in each bathroom. There is a lot of space to spread out. The rooms are nicely sized. Our only complaint was that there was no A/C. We stayed mid-July and it was really hot in the afternoons. We brought an abundance of fans, but it was still quite miserable in the afternoon that time of year. We loved the balcony and living area to gather at nights to talk and catch up. They only had one DVD player upstairs and they don't allow streaming of Netflix, so don't depend on sending kids to their own space to watch a movie. Overall, it was wonderful and we would stay there again.

The house and surrounding area are beautiful. We felt secluded but it was nice to know that we could easily get into town if we needed anything.

We enjoyed the size and layout of the common areas. Everyone had plenty of space to hang out and have fun.

We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was very nice and well staffed. The only thing that would be nice is a fire pit.

Thirteen of us stayed at Lone Eagle Ranch for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us, the scenery was beautiful as was the house. We had a great time.

We had a great time at the Lone Eagle Ranch...incredible views, spacious accommodations, all the things needed like dishes, silverware, grill, games, etc. Easy drive from airport and to Park City...long driveway but worth it for sure.

This 6 bedroom home is incredibly beautiful! The neighbor at the barn is very nice and friendly. Make sure u can drive in slippery conditions if u don't have 4wd. There's a stretch where you'll need to go quick downhill to get up the slopes.

Fantastic rural property to spread out and enjoy yourself in a fabulous home! Absolutely beautiful home, well maintained, stocked with what we needed to cook a nice meal. Loved watching the deer and rabbits outside the window.
Michael S. Nov 2016
This place is amazing. The house is amazing, it easily accommodated for 13 guests. Very beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Frank P. Oct 2016
We had a family gathering and it was very comfortable for 14 of us. It was not too far off the main road if we needed supplies from a grocery store. About 20 min to park city. The only thing it didn't have was ac but in the cloder months you will only need to open a window. Other than that I would visit again.

It was great
Tracy S. Aug 2016
Very nice property. We had a group of 12, plenty of beds, baths and separate gathering spaces. Game room and TV top notch. A bit remote on access, but plenty of privacy is the reward.
Jennifer C. Aug 2016
We spent 3 days here for a family celebration of my parents 50th Anniversary. The house is spacious and great for adults, teens, and kids. The house is beautiful -- better than the photos even! Everything is very high quality. The kids and teens loved the game room with air hockey, pool, foosball, ping pong, and movie room. We all loved the huge balcony and large porch outside. It is fun to see the deer in the morning and hear the cows in the distance. We enjoyed making big breakfasts in the wonderful kitchen, and we had some great evening meals in nearby Kamas and Park City. We highly recommend the Lone Eagle Ranch as a great place to stay!

We had a family reunion here with 8 adults and 8 children ages 2-14. We had a wonderful time. The house was great with lots of room to visit and relax, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and enough bathrooms. The kids loved the downstairs and all the things to do there. Our oldest grandson chose to sleep there in a twin bed that folds out of an ottoman near the TV area. (There's another ottoman like it in the office, but no sheets for it.) The kitchen was wonderful to work in and was stocked with everything we needed in the way of dishes and cooking gear. There was even a terrific large, heavy griddle that we used to cook pancakes on the gas range. However, there were not even basic seasonings; we had to buy salt and pepper.
We found 2 leaves for the dining table and some folding chairs, so all of us were able to sit at the table or the bar to eat. That was great.
If the pictures haven't been changed yet, be aware that there is no longer a play structure in the back yard. Also, the large 3rd floor bedroom has been changed and when I last looked it was not portrayed correctly on the site. Instead of a bedroom with a queen bed and a large nook with a couch and other furnishings, it now has a queen bed and two twin trundles, which is great. However, there are no window coverings and in the summer the sunlight shines in very early and late, making it hard to sleep.
We were initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but we didn't need it. It cools off wonderfully in the evening and opening windows then cooled everything off.
All in all, we had a great time here and wished we could have stayed longer.
Craig R. Aug 2016
loved everything about it but the only hard part was no A/C and it was the middle of the summer. it cooled down at night a bit but was still very warm.
Jodi L. Jul 2016
Loved our experience here. We were very happy with the amenities. Please remember there is no A/C. This isn't a major problem because you can get a great breeze from just opening the windows and using the fan.
Vilavanh P. Jul 2016
Overall it was a good stay. Just a few things that we would of loved to enjoy like the grass area which wasn't mowed and the Ac was down. The jetted tub was not available to work so that was a little let down. But over all it was beautiful and open. The down stairs was a great place to gather and the kitchen was beautiful. Great and easy way to cook.
Manager response:
We are disappointed to see that this stay was not perfect. There is no air conditioner for the home, and the landscaping has been taken care of in the gathering area found on this beautiful 40-acre ranch. The jetted tub does not currently have functioning jets, but the tub itself is still usable.
Kenny K. Jul 2016
Amazing view; beautiful home; accommodations just as described. Highly recommend for a private retreat.
Tyler H. Jul 2016
Was wonderful. Very clean and onsite manager helped a lot. She was very useful. Enjoyed every minute of it.
BYRON P. Jun 2016
Overall pretty place. Was upset about the jetted tub not working, was one of the amenities that I was really looking forward to. Beautiful place to vacation to.
Shannon G. May 2016
We stayed at this location for a business retreat. We loved the location, and the house was perfect for our needs. We had a great experience!
Brad M. Apr 2016
Wonderful property secluded from neighbors. We have enjoyed this property during the winter and spring. Both seasons provided indoor and outdoor activities for our family. This property has two very large gathering areas that can be used at the same time without interfering with each other. We can hardly wait go come again!
