Close enough to downtown and also in a nice little neighborhood of it's own. Good for business travel.
Alan C.Jan 2020
The location was great! Two blocks from the Hyde Park shopping and dining area and within a comfortable walk - or easy Uber - of the fun downtown.
Jeff L.Oct 2019
This place was clean, conveniently located and priced appropriately.
Wendy R.Sep 2019
Location is wonderful, house is very clean! We had the best time! We will be staying again!

This house was perfect for me and my family to get away and be able to experience Boise. It was clean and cozy and came with everything we needed for the trip. I absolutely loved staying here and plan to revisit soon! Thank you for providing such a lovely spot to have our vacation.

Stayed two nights in Boise for a family event. Family of four with two teenagers. GREAT location in North End area of Boise, two blocks south of Camel's Back Park. Walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and vintage shopping. Long walk or easy drive to downtown or to BSU for events. Plenty of space for four with a well-designed and well-apportioned kitchen, complete with grill out back. Only negative was that the air conditioning can't quite keep the back bedroom as cool as the rest of the unit; however there is a fan in there so it wasn't too bad.
Amy J.Jul 2019
The house is everything you need for a stay in North Boise. It's close to parks, restaurants and coffee shops (walkable). The house was clean and had everything we needed with all information clearly presented for a quality stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. It is very, very comfortable with a large, well-equipped kitchen, large dining room and also large living room. It is located in a scenic tree-lined neighborhood and is close to downtown Boise, nearby mountains and river. We would recommend it to anyone!
Jennyfer W.Apr 2019
It has just about everything you need. So much better than a hotel. My boys had the best time!! I could cook while they played outside. Can't wait to go back and rent again. Go to the hike on camel back park. Highlight of our stay

I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat. All the creature comforts, beautiful kitchen, nice dining and living room areas, and walking distance to the sweet Hyde Park area.
Katlyn G.Feb 2019
This home beat my expectations and I will definitely be returning. Perfect for a short stay or an extended living situation. There was only two of us so it might be tighter if you have more people but it was the perfect size for us. Also the location was outstanding and everything we needed was within walking distance.

The house is an older home filled with charms like the curved ceilings, the doors that stick, and the little creaks as it settles down for the night. For the price point, you get plenty of space and room for the whole family. It was nice to be able to spread out, cook a pizza dinner and catch a movie on netflix. All the things that you can't do while staying at a hotel. The neighborhood was great, very quiet, plenty of street parking and additional parking in the back alley. We never heard anyone or anything, including those guest staying above and below us. We only knew someone was upstairs because the light in the dining room shook when he walked. Some issues that we did encounter: the lock. What they didn't inform us was that you have to put the code in the lock in order to open it, but you also had to put the code in the lock to lock the door when you left. We thought it automatically locked, oops, so we left the house will our belongs open. Second, cleanness, while it was clean in many ways like the linens and the kitchen, the floors lacked a good sweep. I have a 7-month old that is just learning to crawl, so the first thing I did was find the broom and swept the floor. There was a dustpan full of dirt and debris on the floor. The inside of the fold-out couches was the other issue, both needed a good vacuuming. Not only did the couches have dirt, lint, and pocket change down in them, I also discovered a very nice women's ring. So if you have recently stayed here and want to contact me with the description of the ring, I will be happy to mail it to you. The third issue was some carpenter ants in the bathroom. We think they were looking for water and warmth. My 3-year-old son enjoyed bathing with them and squishing them, but I think a few ant traps would be helpful. We did discover ant spray under the sink so we know they are aware of the issue, but we couldn't spray poison near the children. Close to everything, including two cute little parks for the little ones to blow off some energy. Overall we were very happy staying at this little gem, and while I would love to see vacasa succeed, I really don't want this little house to book up to where I can't get a reservation.

This was the first experience of staying at a house. I recently retired, and my husband (retired 3 years ago) and I are now starting to do some of the things that we never had a chance to do while raising 4 boys. This house had all the items one would need to cook (which I love to do) Dishes Pots Pans-even spices. It was very comfortable. I did place one of the sofas in the Living Room at an angle because of the placement of a heating vent. It was covered and heating the back of the sofa. There is a BBQ set up in the back yard and an adorable table set. They had lots of extra chairs in the house (4 that could be used outside). We felt that we were invited guests. No problem with parking or noise level or crowds. We plan on coming back. My husband loves those Broncos!

Great little cottage in a great location.
David H.Sep 2018
Located in historic district, two blocks from great restaurants, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Facility is spacious; wonderful modern kitchen; Highly recommended!
Linnea T.Mar 2018
I cannot wait to visit this house again! Every thing you need to really cook, which is amazing for me as a chef and with a vegan family. Right in the heart of a great neighborhood, close to all you could need, just a really awesome spot!
Tenna B.Feb 2018
We have stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay both times.

I love the Hyde Park area of Boise. It's great for 13th St. shops/eateries. Also great for hiking and biking trails at Camelsback park and vicinity. Our rental was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
Maryellen E.Feb 2018
This lodging is in a lovely older residential neighborhood in North Boise. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic passing by. It is also only two blocks from the Hyde Park restaurant area. We walked the over and had dinner in a different place every evening. There is also a wonderful neighborhood coffee house that has great coffee as well as light breakfast and lunch offerings. The lodging itself was the first floor of an older house. The furnishings are simple but certainly adequate with one bedroom and one bath plus two very comfortable couches in the living room that pull out into beds. The kitchen is spacious and has new appliances. Overall, I think it is the best place we have ever stayed in Boise and will be going back! My one complaint is that there was a substantial cleaning fee added to the cost listed online. The surprise of the actual cost was not pleasant. However, the accommodation is worth the full price.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Perfect Getaway can’t wait to come back!
Adam K.Nov 2017
This place is in a prime location. It's close to the local community Co-op and Boise's up and coming North end. It's also just a few blocks away from some of the best mountain biking trails I've ever been on.
Stay here if you like: Connivence, Co-ops, mountain biking, bars a block away... Perfect location.
Anne-Marie D.Sep 2017
My husband and I rented this place for a mini-honeymoon in Boise and it couldn't have been better. The neighborhood was so quaint, super walkable, and quiet. Tons of great food and shopping within walking distance and just a few mins from the heart of downtown. We hardly had to use the rental car. The place had plenty of space for the two of us and more than enough of just about everything. Sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. We didn't find a single thing we needed that wasn't already provided. I will say, as an old house with thin walls we did hear our upstairs neighbors talking and moving around in the mornings and evenings but they were perfectly respectful as far as noise level and it didn't bother us at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Michael T.Sep 2017
We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the opportunity
Matthew B.Sep 2017
It was just the 2 of us but the home would easily handle 4 people if you don't mind sharing the small bath. Condition is very good and the location is in walking distance to shopping and coffee shops.
Barbara L.Jul 2017
Nice & quiet - comfortable bed & sofas. Great location for walking to restaurants & pubs.
Jamie T.Jul 2017
It's unfortunate that we only stayed here 1 night!! We loved the area and house. Close to markets for shopping and restaurants!! My wife fell in love with this house!!
DIANE R.Jun 2017
Location was great; bathroom is too small for keeping/using personal toiletries; sofa bed hard to figure out.
Allyson P.Apr 2017
Another excellent stay! Third time here! We missed our connecting flight, and had a much shorter stay, but home was ready for us. Super convenient location. We have stayed at other properties in the area, and this one is our favorite for our family. We will be back!
Ronda H.Apr 2017
The bed was super comfy. And the kitchen was very light and roomy. Loved the rain shower head!
John M.Mar 2017
Great home in a great location. Definitely would stay again.
Susan .Feb 2017
Loved the upscale apartment and the winter rates! The memory foam mattress was so firm at first, but then we both slept through the night, mostly every night, a first for 67 year olds. The gas stove was a marvel, used for my grandson's breakfasts. The location was three blocks from our other grandchildren and all the restaurants. We learned what two weeks in the worst snow Boise had seen was like, very interesting and beautiful. We're Chico kids, no valley snow like ever. Loved it!
Ally P.Jan 2017
Second time staying here, and loved it! Can't beat a better location within two blocks from Hyde Park. Very different experience visiting Boise in the summer and the winter. The property was well maintained and the front entry was kept clear of snow. No problem with parking in front of house despite record snow. Temps were subzero, but house was very warm and cozy. Debbie, ops manager, is super friendly and helpful with ideas on where to eat. We'll be back!

Beautiful kitchen, great location.
The LR could use an easy chair.
The bedroom could use a luggage rack.

Nice place. Great neighborhood.
Todd W.Oct 2016
This house was fantastic to come home to every day. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and it was a short walk to Hyde Park where we had two great dinners and enjoyed the candy/ice cream shop.
Lucas S.Oct 2016
Great apartment. Large rooms. Separate dining room, huge kitchen with all new appliances. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood near downtown. Extremely clean. Sleeps for easily. Check-in and check-out couldn't be simpler.
Teresa B.Sep 2016
We loved this one bedroom home. It was within walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the capitol. The tree lined streets and old homes were breathtaking!
The quiet and calmness of the area were self assuring . I give it a 5-star rating.

Nice little spot!
William D.Aug 2016
Great property and great location. Walked and/or rode bikes everywhere.
Ally P.Jul 2016
We had an incredible stay here! The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Furnishings were comfortable and we did not have to worry about our four year old son damaging anything. Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to Hyde Park. The kitchen is large and beautiful. The master bedroom has a super comfortable memory foam bed and pillows. We will be back!
Lupe C.Jun 2016
We loved the property it was clean, in a great location. We like the alley parking rather than parking on the street. The one down fall for us was the lack of TV service, it worked for about 2 hours the whole 4 days we were there. I would stay there again for sure though.
We apologize if the TV was difficult to use. This home does not have a cable package, but it does have an antenna, and the TV works great. We are happy to assist guests with this during their stay if they are having difficulties with the antenna.
Susan H.Jun 2016
Very nice unit for 2, close to Hyde Park shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, big kitchen and nice living area. Manager, Debbie Ingram was very helpful and available.
Melvin & Cherie P.May 2016
Sweet house in wonderful location, a touch of Old School with the modern elements that make it conveinant for today's travelers.
It had a few hick ups with the TV (manager tried to accommodate and fix... With some extra attention it did start to work again & "Voila" television was on again.
"I love Lucy", "Bob Newhart Show", "Taxi", very fun nostalgia.
This was a very nice stay for us... Enjoy!

For a short stay in Boise, this Vacasa rental is a gem. Cute, bright and functional, with easy access to Hyde Park eating and shops, and to Camel's Back City Park.
A great first experience with Vacasa.

Wonderful little property!! Very clean and maintained. Decor is a little bare, but who goes on vacation to stare at a wall?! Due to the house being older, the upstairs and downstairs neighbors sometimes sound like they are walking through the kitchen. There are only a few TV channels, which wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else. There is a DVD player that works wonderfully. The kitchen is amazing!! Brand new appliances. The dishwasher has too many rack options. I'm not very patient with those kinds of things, so that was frustrating. The shower head doesn't have a lot of pressure and it's pretty low. So tall people might have a bit of an issue in the shower. The pull out couch was very convenient, but not very comfy. It served it's purpose though. The neighborhood was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!!!
We are happy to see this guest enjoyed their stay! The owner has added larger artwork to the home, and, while there isn't any cable, there is an antenna to receive all major networks as well as Netflix.
Isaac H.Mar 2016
The home itself was comfy and the neighborhood felt safe This house is close to downtown, and could easily be biked too. The house is old and so expect creaking floors especially in the bed room. Also the king sized bed in memory foam as well.

Great place, great location
Darren P.Feb 2016
Awesome property, very comfortable and adequately stocked. Asthetically, I might consider adding some larger pictures in the living room, and perhaps re-arranging/adding more furniture. It is a little bare, but still adequate.
