This was the first experience of staying at a house. I recently retired, and my husband (retired 3 years ago) and I are now starting to do some of the things that we never had a chance to do while raising 4 boys. This house had all the items one would need to cook (which I love to do) Dishes Pots Pans-even spices. It was very comfortable. I did place one of the sofas in the Living Room at an angle because of the placement of a heating vent. It was covered and heating the back of the sofa. There is a BBQ set up in the back yard and an adorable table set. They had lots of extra chairs in the house (4 that could be used outside). We felt that we were invited guests. No problem with parking or noise level or crowds. We plan on coming back. My husband loves those Broncos!
Great little cottage in a great location.
Located in historic district, two blocks from great restaurants, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Facility is spacious; wonderful modern kitchen; Highly recommended!
I cannot wait to visit this house again! Every thing you need to really cook, which is amazing for me as a chef and with a vegan family. Right in the heart of a great neighborhood, close to all you could need, just a really awesome spot!
We have stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay both times.
I love the Hyde Park area of Boise. It's great for 13th St. shops/eateries. Also great for hiking and biking trails at Camelsback park and vicinity. Our rental was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
This lodging is in a lovely older residential neighborhood in North Boise. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic passing by. It is also only two blocks from the Hyde Park restaurant area. We walked the over and had dinner in a different place every evening. There is also a wonderful neighborhood coffee house that has great coffee as well as light breakfast and lunch offerings. The lodging itself was the first floor of an older house. The furnishings are simple but certainly adequate with one bedroom and one bath plus two very comfortable couches in the living room that pull out into beds. The kitchen is spacious and has new appliances. Overall, I think it is the best place we have ever stayed in Boise and will be going back! My one complaint is that there was a substantial cleaning fee added to the cost listed online. The surprise of the actual cost was not pleasant. However, the accommodation is worth the full price.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Perfect Getaway can’t wait to come back!
This place is in a prime location. It's close to the local community Co-op and Boise's up and coming North end. It's also just a few blocks away from some of the best mountain biking trails I've ever been on.
Stay here if you like: Connivence, Co-ops, mountain biking, bars a block away... Perfect location.
My husband and I rented this place for a mini-honeymoon in Boise and it couldn't have been better. The neighborhood was so quaint, super walkable, and quiet. Tons of great food and shopping within walking distance and just a few mins from the heart of downtown. We hardly had to use the rental car. The place had plenty of space for the two of us and more than enough of just about everything. Sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. We didn't find a single thing we needed that wasn't already provided. I will say, as an old house with thin walls we did hear our upstairs neighbors talking and moving around in the mornings and evenings but they were perfectly respectful as far as noise level and it didn't bother us at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the opportunity
It was just the 2 of us but the home would easily handle 4 people if you don't mind sharing the small bath. Condition is very good and the location is in walking distance to shopping and coffee shops.
Nice & quiet - comfortable bed & sofas. Great location for walking to restaurants & pubs.
It's unfortunate that we only stayed here 1 night!! We loved the area and house. Close to markets for shopping and restaurants!! My wife fell in love with this house!!
Location was great; bathroom is too small for keeping/using personal toiletries; sofa bed hard to figure out.
Another excellent stay! Third time here! We missed our connecting flight, and had a much shorter stay, but home was ready for us. Super convenient location. We have stayed at other properties in the area, and this one is our favorite for our family. We will be back!
The bed was super comfy. And the kitchen was very light and roomy. Loved the rain shower head!
Great home in a great location. Definitely would stay again.
Loved the upscale apartment and the winter rates! The memory foam mattress was so firm at first, but then we both slept through the night, mostly every night, a first for 67 year olds. The gas stove was a marvel, used for my grandson's breakfasts. The location was three blocks from our other grandchildren and all the restaurants. We learned what two weeks in the worst snow Boise had seen was like, very interesting and beautiful. We're Chico kids, no valley snow like ever. Loved it!
Second time staying here, and loved it! Can't beat a better location within two blocks from Hyde Park. Very different experience visiting Boise in the summer and the winter. The property was well maintained and the front entry was kept clear of snow. No problem with parking in front of house despite record snow. Temps were subzero, but house was very warm and cozy. Debbie, ops manager, is super friendly and helpful with ideas on where to eat. We'll be back!
Beautiful kitchen, great location.
The LR could use an easy chair.
The bedroom could use a luggage rack.
Nice place. Great neighborhood.
Great apartment. Large rooms. Separate dining room, huge kitchen with all new appliances. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood near downtown. Extremely clean. Sleeps for easily. Check-in and check-out couldn't be simpler.
This house was fantastic to come home to every day. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and it was a short walk to Hyde Park where we had two great dinners and enjoyed the candy/ice cream shop.
We loved this one bedroom home. It was within walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the capitol. The tree lined streets and old homes were breathtaking!
The quiet and calmness of the area were self assuring . I give it a 5-star rating.
Great property and great location. Walked and/or rode bikes everywhere.
We had an incredible stay here! The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Furnishings were comfortable and we did not have to worry about our four year old son damaging anything. Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to Hyde Park. The kitchen is large and beautiful. The master bedroom has a super comfortable memory foam bed and pillows. We will be back!
We loved the property it was clean, in a great location. We like the alley parking rather than parking on the street. The one down fall for us was the lack of TV service, it worked for about 2 hours the whole 4 days we were there. I would stay there again for sure though.
We apologize if the TV was difficult to use. This home does not have a cable package, but it does have an antenna, and the TV works great. We are happy to assist guests with this during their stay if they are having difficulties with the antenna.
Very nice unit for 2, close to Hyde Park shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, big kitchen and nice living area. Manager, Debbie Ingram was very helpful and available.

Sweet house in wonderful location, a touch of Old School with the modern elements that make it conveinant for today's travelers.
It had a few hick ups with the TV (manager tried to accommodate and fix... With some extra attention it did start to work again & "Voila" television was on again.
"I love Lucy", "Bob Newhart Show", "Taxi", very fun nostalgia.
This was a very nice stay for us... Enjoy!
For a short stay in Boise, this Vacasa rental is a gem. Cute, bright and functional, with easy access to Hyde Park eating and shops, and to Camel's Back City Park.
A great first experience with Vacasa.
Wonderful little property!! Very clean and maintained. Decor is a little bare, but who goes on vacation to stare at a wall?! Due to the house being older, the upstairs and downstairs neighbors sometimes sound like they are walking through the kitchen. There are only a few TV channels, which wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else. There is a DVD player that works wonderfully. The kitchen is amazing!! Brand new appliances. The dishwasher has too many rack options. I'm not very patient with those kinds of things, so that was frustrating. The shower head doesn't have a lot of pressure and it's pretty low. So tall people might have a bit of an issue in the shower. The pull out couch was very convenient, but not very comfy. It served it's purpose though. The neighborhood was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!!!
We are happy to see this guest enjoyed their stay! The owner has added larger artwork to the home, and, while there isn't any cable, there is an antenna to receive all major networks as well as Netflix.
The home itself was comfy and the neighborhood felt safe This house is close to downtown, and could easily be biked too. The house is old and so expect creaking floors especially in the bed room. Also the king sized bed in memory foam as well.
Cozy, Clean and Comfortable
Great location and very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Will be back!
Great place, great location
Awesome property, very comfortable and adequately stocked. Asthetically, I might consider adding some larger pictures in the living room, and perhaps re-arranging/adding more furniture. It is a little bare, but still adequate.
