The Metro Quad Lift is less than a quarter-mile away, allowing easy access to the resort's 81 trails and 385 skiable acres. The Pump House Indoor Waterpark is just around the corner as well and is home to thrilling water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, hot tubs, and a children's play area (please note that additional fees apply). You can also tee off at the resort golf course a quarter-mile down the road, take scenic drives to admire the spectacular fall foliage or treat your family to a day at the Jay Peak Mountain Kids Adventure Center (one mile south).

This condo's building is a four-bedroom lock-out with two condos on top of each other. This condo can be rented together with the two-bedroom Summit Solitude, as Summit Solitude & Latitude Adjustment.
