Absolutely fantastic location. The rooftop patio was also really enjoyable! They also provide multiple fans which was great.
Very clean and roomy. But the linens and pillows were very cheap, thin and scratchy. Also quite loud with noise from the road so be prepared for that if you like having the window open.
We appreciate this feedback and are happy to hear our guest was pleased overall. We improving the quality of our linens and towels and hope our guest is able to experience this on a future visit. Thanks!
Great location easy to walk to all the best location’s in downtown Seattle. Also very clean and user friendly. I stayed with two younger kids and found the place to be very kid friendly
Three of us in town for a concert and wanted to spend time in the city for a few days. The location was very good, and we had access to everything we needed in a short walk. Unseasonably hot during the stay and no AC (like many places there, apparently). Was not a huge issue b/c they provided additional box fans - nice touch. Some noise in the morning from garbage trucks, but that is expected in this location. Would stay again. Beautiful deck with GREAT views.
Room was great. Convenient included parking. Walking distance to Needle, Pikes, and Underground tours.
Close to seafront, pike market and the needle
Home was nice but our car was broken into parked 30ft from the front door and several items were stolen.
Great Location - very clean, lovely appartment
Not very quiet due to lots of traffic in front of the building
Immediately put off because they do not disclose there is NO PARKING with this unit- cost us an extra $158. Don’t really need a car...
The location is central- we walked everywhere and did a lot!
The air conditioning and the dishwasher were broken- and the supplies were minimal (3 rolls of TP for 4 people for a week)
I have done other Home Away rentals that have been fully stocked.... this place gives you the bare minimum.
Absolutely loved the place, especially the location!! We were able to walk down to the market from here, buy everything we needed for meals knowing we had a great kitchen to cook it in. Bathroom was very big! Bed was very comfortable. The view was great! We had everything we needed for a great stay! I would definitely rent this place again!!
Nice view and the apartment was nicely furnished. Price was good for the view and when comparing to other rooms available at the time. Was a bit warm in the apartment when we arrived but cooled off at night. Third person sleeping is on the sectional sofa which worked ok for our slender 5'10" son. A larger person may not be very comfortable. We were able to walk to the waterfront(.02 miles),Seattle city center(.08 miles) pikes place market (1.0 mile)and Various restaurants. Roof top deck was awesome! Beautiful view of the bay!Would stay again!
Arthouse apartment was nice and suited our needs for a location close to all the action. Coming from my home city, the "noise" was barely an issue and actually was quite comforting. We had a slight snag at check in, however everything worked out and someone was able to get back to me within 30 mins. They we're very responsive when I required assistance and I was able to comfortably get into my room afterwards.
Brand new, clean, modern, minimalist, with everything I needed/wanted-- including a washer and dryer in the unit. Living room had a gorgeous view of Elliott Bay. I'd definitely stay here again.
This was an excellent place to stay. Great views and the proximity to everything thing was fantastic.
The view of Elliott Bay was lovely! The apartment was well situated just a short walk from Pike Place Market, but it was very quiet. It was easy to catch an Uber or Lyft at any time of day or night. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay near the action.
The u it's are in a secured building where you need a fob to enter. Once in the lobby you'll find it very eelcoming where there us a coffee machine you can use at will. A veriety of places to sit relax ir conduct business.
It's centrally located with short walking distance to most attractions like Space Needle, Chiluly Glass and Garden (a must see), Wheel, Olympic Sculpture Park, Piles, Pioneer Neighborhoods, UPS gardens, Smith's Tower and so much more.
The unit we stayed in had a view of the port where watched the show and ferries go by. The sunset was beautiful the day we were actually in the unit.
The patio on the 8th floor is a perfect place to relax.
This is a place we
Overall, we had a good experience. The location was convenient to the major sights. We walked all over. It is noisy there, but had read that from other users. The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen, the furnishings were adequate and the bathroom was well appointed and stocked. (washer/dryer was a bonus). My only gripe is the confusion about on-site parking. We were lucky the Vacasa space was available to park. Had we had to park on the street or in the open lot behind building, I would not have felt comfortable doing so. Plus I would’ve been ticked to pay for that. Note to newbies- If you are driving in Seattle be prepared for some confusion. The streets are a little crazy! Have fun and enjoy the art and sites Seattle has to offer.
Modern, central and fun place to stay
The stay was very pleasant. The apartment had all the necessities and was new and well kept. The location was perfectly located between the pro sports fields and downtown shopping.
The street noise was a bit loud at times and the foam top on the bed made it hot for sleeping. Overall it was a great place and location, l wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Accessible area for everything like the pike market and etc...
The place was in a great location but the actual place wasn't well maintained or cleaned as I would expect. I'm honestly a bit disappointment on multiple ends and it wasn't what I expected from Vacasa and I called and they didn't seem like they had the ability to do anything about it when I mentioned everything to them.
everything about this place was great except sue to no air-conditioning the windows had to be left open and the traffic literally kept us awake both nights we stayed here. Very disappointing and would not stay here again.
The location of the apartments are very good, and the actual apartment is Spacious. The downsides however aren’t great. First thing I noticed was the apartments are quite close to the highways where homeless people are living in tents. I was never bothered by the homeless people but it was always there in the back of my mind. The second thing I would say which a few people have mentioned is that the apartment is located on a really busy road and the traffic noise can be quite loud, and I did hear the garbage truck one morning too. This didn’t bother me to be honest I did sleep okay. The biggest negative for me is the lack of AC!! The hallway to the apartment was never below 84 Fahrenheit and the apartment was probably around the same. We had the fans on constantly and the windows open all day on the 7th floor and it didn’t make no difference!!! If you’re looking to book this in the summer I can’t recommend this place. If it was winter I’m sure it would be fine.
Every thing is ok. But I not comeback because don't have air conditional.
The apartment was centrally located and public transportation was easily accessible if you wanted to venture out. No need for a car.
This was the perfect space for a quick weekend trip! Clean, well furnished, included amenities and close to the tourist activities. The only downfall was the no AC thing but, I guess that's just how a lot of places are in Seattle.
Overall, clean place. Fully stocked kitchen, which was nice.
We loved being so close to the bay and all the activities we had planned out. We took advantage of the beautiful roof deck. The sunsets were amazing. Seattle has hills! Make sure you have comfortable clothing and shoes! It is laid back which was perfect. We felt right at home. We did not mess with a car, but rather relied on walking and Uber. I would recommend the Victoria Clipper if you are interested in whale watching. Their dock is a couple of minutes walks from the apartment.
The apartment is modern and perfect for a few days of vacation, walkable distance from all touristic spots in the city. Be aware that super markets in the area can be very expensive.
We had a great 1st experience in Seattle! This apt was wonderful for my mother, daughter and I! 60 years, 33 yrs and 8yrs! Perfect view of the water, perfect spot to walk to things if you don't want to rent a car, but close enough to uber as well without breaking the bank. The apt in itself was very clean and very well equiped with anything you need. We had a great stay! I would highly recommend this apt!
Great location - close to waterfront and walking to Pikes & downtown. A little street noise but were from Oregon Coast & don't get much of that. Regardless of check-in instructions get key in garage & go to front lobby entrance so you can find elevator & not pack your luggage 7 flights. Full kitchen and even though we cook at home all the time we didn't use it as we enjoyed Seattle food. No paid parking which was unclear. The paid lot behind has NO in-out so you pay every time you leave & come back. We did street parking which was plentiful and the BONUS is that when you drive anywhere in the city you have paid for street parking. Overall a nice little 1 Br.
Art house #705 was perfect for our football filled weekend. Plenty of room for 3 adults with a lot of unexpected extras in the condo. A great location to get to Pikes and the Space needle, and super easy to hop on the LINK to head to the UW. Parking was secured, and though is a compact spot, fit our minivan just fine. Again, it was perfect!
We had a wonderful 10-day stay in this spacious modern condo, enjoying a private parking spot and the best of Seattle within walking distance.
We loved the location of Elliott Bay Sanctuary. We had a nice view of the water. Everything was spotless and loved the furnishings. It was really nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The building feels very safe and secure and has many amenities including a rooftop deck.
The Art House condo building offered a cool context for the unit in the pictures; we experienced as a pleasant building to walk into. The unit had a home-like feel with open space of kitchen, living room and eating area. We enjoyed the nestled in ocean view and were happy when the cruise liner arrived and also when it left so we could see the sailboats going by!
Amazing rooftop patio with beautiful views of the ocean!
Overall great accommodations and location. Only caution is that Elliot is a busy street so it can get noisy. Not an issue for us but may be for some.
I came into town for a conference at the Marriott Waterfront. The room block had been filled so I was unable to get a reasonable rate there. This property was the closest I could find. Its a very nice building and the unit was clean and very nice. The "thermostat" comment in the description is misleading- means heat only. There is no AC in this unit. It was fairly warm while I was there and keeping the windows open meant enduring a lot of street noise at night. Elliott is a really busy road with horns, trucks, and motorcycles. So needless to say I didn't sleep very well. Otherwise I would recommend it. Spotless and clean. Cable and wifi. I had a nice stay overall
The ArtHouse apartment was centrally located and we enjoyed walking everywhere. We had perfect weather and loved the rooftop deck and lounge area.
The apartment had a great location and we had a short walk to the space needle and Pike's Market. Check the weather before you come, the apartment did not have any form of air conditioning or heat. The apartment was nice and well kept.
Perfect location and clean, modern, comfy unit. Made for a very pleasant stay in Seattle.
Really nice Place , really convenient walking distance to everything!!
This is a very nice place. Comfortable bed and couch. Bathroom is very nice. It can be noisy at night with the freight trains that go by, though. There is a great view from the roof deck. Internet is easy to access and parking is included!
Belltown is walking distance to most everything and public transportation makes everything reachable without a car. Very nice, eclectic and reasonably priced restaurants in the area make it a great choice compared to the Convention Center area. 10 minute walk to Pike Place and 15-20 to the Convention Center (about 1 mile). Experience Music Project is interesting and Chihuly Garden is impressive. Both an easy walk from the property (around 10 minutes). The property is very nice, as well! Nicely equipped kitchen with a couple communal decks with propane grills available for use. I would stay there again in a second...
Walking distance to Pikes, the waterfront, and many other places. If you have a car great access to the freeways...getting in and out of Seattle so convenient. Cooked a lot and was happy with the place. Could use more countertop but still great for a vacation spot. Just all around great place to stay. VACASA staff awesome to work with in the planning.
