We attended the Trawler-fest along with a visit to pukes market, the space needle and took a trip in the muni bus. The apartment was well equipped with linens, a coffee maker and a great view of the space needle
Cute, comfortable and clean apartment centrally located to many of Seattle’s attractions. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to do while in Seattle for a week. We initially had trouble getting into the building and our apartment upon arrival, but were able to call and make contact with people in charge and they were able to get us inside without too much lag time.
The rooftop deck was everything it was marketed to be. This rental is blocks from fantastic restaurants, tourist destinations.
Pros: location, location, location!
Cons: check in a bit wonky.
The place was clean and located close to many places downtown. Getting into the place the first time was a little cumbersome and parking is expensive, but otherwise a great spot.
Loved the location, amenities, & ease of staying there. Would highly recommend!
Very clean place and walkable to most areas of downtown
Liked the rooftop area. Room was spacious and clean.
I love renting through Vacasa! It is as comfortable as staying at home! Great service and high standards. This property is wonderful. Thank you!
Awesome location! Very clean!
It was new and clean and close to places we wanted to visit. The price was extremely reasonable and we had ALL the amenities for a several day + stay.
Having said that it is close to areas, it required a lot of uphill walking and was quite demanding physically to reach areas of interest, as both my wife and self are in our late 60's and Seattle's hills surpass San Francisco's as I have been told and my wife needed a break after ONE block, so be prepared for some serious uphill climbs. Even five years ago this exercise would have been much easier This was our first vacation rental and Knowledge IS king so do your research thoroughly with any rental co. you use.
The codes were also pretty confusing for entry until you got used to the "system" vacasa uses. Having said that... we felt extremely safe at this condo because of the thorough security system in place, which is also VERY imp. to us.
In conclusion, we would most assuredly use Vacasa again when we plan another trip
I wanted a place near the ferry to Victoria and this was it. The apartment is lovely and fully furnished. BUT, cracking the codes to gain entry require skills from 007. I think it's a 2 person task which luckily we were - and you are on your own... there is no help from other humanoids in the building - who regard you (a non-resident) as a squatter. It was a great frustration that the Welcome information referring to a second "fob" (key) was wrong. After continuous fumbling with the combination lock with no results, I learned that there was no second fob (key).
Issue 2 would be parking. The Welcome information talks about the public parking in the rear which is limited to 12 hours (my ticket issued 10 hours though I paid for 12). The lot is unmanned can cannot deal with exceptions. The phone number goes to an answering service - no help on a weekend. The manned lot across the street is pricier but has an attendant who can answer questions for various situations.
Upon entering the unit, there is a NO SHOES sign but after walking in stocking feet for awhile, I realized, I was the only one heeding the directive.
As I said, the unit is fully equipped and would be perfect for any extended stay. The laundry facility is a boon. However, the bathroom lacks adequate lighting for shaving or make-up. The one rationed towel bar does yeoman service trying to accommodate 2 complete sets of towels. A couple hooks would be a welcome addition.
The apartment served our purpose with proximity to the piers but would not be my choice otherwise.
We loved the location as its close to downtown but still far enough away it’s not so busy. The condo was perfect and everything we hoped for. We would stay here again in the future.
Exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, nice, great location.
A walk away from the best places in the city and across the street from the water with a boardwalk! The building is very safe and the rooftop view is incredible. The only thing negative was the lack of A/C which I imagine isn't an issue all year long, but it was in August.
This was our first trip to Seattle and it was great to be right in downtown within walking distance of everything. We walked to the space needle, the underground tour, Pikes market, pikes market, the ferry to Bremerton, and more. The apartment was super cute. We loved hanging out on the rooftop deck at night as a family. Also every morning early drinking a cup of coffee and watching the boats. There is supposed to be free coffee in the lobby area, but only two mornings was the coffee maker working. So I discovered a cute bakery just up the street and walked and got coffee in the morning and took it to the rooftop deck to drink. We even made good use of the gym so that we could keep our exercise going while on vacation! The apartment was nice and spacious, the bed Was pretty hard as other people have mentioned, but we got used to it. Our daughter slept on the sofa and said it was pretty comfortable, although she is tall and her feet hung off but she didn’t mind too much.
The unit is perfectly located between Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market and Century Link/Safeco Field. It's not a short walk to baseball stadium, but it can be done if you take breaks and enjoy the shops and restaurants on the way. There is no AC, but a box fan was in the bedroom and standing fan in bedroom. The room faces slightly North, so doesn't get direct sunlight. It was warm, almost hot, but not uncomfortable. That of course is a subjective opinion. The lounge upstairs is air conditioned and so is work out room. Please read check in instructions fully. It's not the easiest getting in to building, but once you get key fob and enter lobby, getting to room is straight forward. Lots of good outdoor spaces to lounge if weather permits.
We were there for a weekend in July. Loved the place, only downside I would say was there was no A/C, so the condo was kind of hot! But, it cooled down in the evenings so, that was nice. Was a few blocks from Pikes Place and the sporting fields, but we just rented the little yellow or green bikes and that worked well to get around town! Would recommend :)
This apartment was everything I expected CLEAN and PERFECTLY located HIGHLY reccomend THANK YOU
Great location for the major tourist attractions in Seattle. You can walk to Pikes Place Market, Pioneer Square, Olympic Sculpture Park, etc. The roof terrace is amazing. The apartment was very clean. FYI, if you have three people staying, one will have to sleep on the couch.
After staying two nights at the Edgewater, this was a welcome reprieve. The silence was life-giving. It was so quiet, clean, and had a beautiful view from the room and a gorgeous view from the roof. I really appreciated the washer and dryer, floor fan, as well as access to water and custom coffee in the lobby.
Great price for a very nice, clean, secure and convenient rental! Do it!
This apartment/condo was perfect for my husband and I! The location was great perfectly situated in Belltown (and wicked close to pikes place) and our apartment was Jimi Hendrix themed. It was exactly what we wanted and needed! We’ll be back.
The apartment is really well located. Pike's Market is a short walk away as is the downtown business district. BIke sharing bicycles are readily available outside and there is a Starbuck's available a few blocks away, it's Seattle after all! The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and very helpful. The apartment was well appointed and had all the expected accouterments and more. There is a gym with some cardio and weight equipment on the lobby level which was a terrific bonus. On street parking is time limited to a maximum of 4 hours, depending on where you park. There is an open air parking lot a block above the apartment building and an enclosed lot one block below. Their prices are comparable . Very happy we stayed here and looking forward to returning very soon! Thanks so much!
Loved that we were walking distance from everything downtown! Beautiful views from the rooftop!
This condo is perfect for walking downtown Seattle, close to a variety of restaurants, there's a small market for items a block away. Quiet, clean area.
Loved the location! The rooftop deck was incredible! Space needle and mount rainier views!
My husband and I were in walking or bike riding distance from great restaurants (highly reccomend Umi for sushi eaters) the Pike Place Market, aquarium that we really enjoyed and many other fun things to do in Seattle! It didn’t have the best view (parking lot) but we were only there to sleep, so that didn’t really matter to us. The location was very convienient and it was clean and neat. The only negative I can see is no parking if you have to worry about where to park a car.
The staff was completely unaccommodating to our need to put our luggage somewhere before check in. Their response time was poor and the woman I spoke with on the phone was completely unhelpful.
I won't be recommending Vacasa due to the hidden fees, cleaning charges and overall response time/helpfulness.
We apologize we were not able to be of more assistance regarding the luggage. We are not able to have it in the home while housekeeping is working. All of our fees can be seen on our page prior to booking, and we have phone staff readily available to assist our guests with questions before, during, and after booking. Thanks!
Cute apartment in the art district, very close to the river walk & 10-15 min walk to public market. Great location, very clean. Would stay here again, parking was just kinda tricky but manageable. Can park on street right in front of apt from 8pm-8am for free, otherwise there is a 4 hour time limit where you pay. Not too expensive.
Loved the location! So easy to go to the places worth seeing! Parking was a little tricky, but ended up working out. We walked everywhere! The green color of the Art House makes it easy to spot:) It's a fun, modern apt. with many amenities!
good location, safe place in seattle downtown. although there was an little issue, when i tried to check in, and the original key lost. but others are perfect.
Loved this apartment in Belltown, Seattle. I was working in Seattle during this week and it was a 10min walk to my place of employment. The apartment was so clean upon arrival and such a peaceful place to stay. Everything you need is within walking distance and I found the greatest cafe called Bang Bang Cafe that I made myself a regular at. Go there!
The roof top lounge has a spectacular view. The building itself is also very secure and quiet. If I had enough money to purchase an apartment in that building I would.
Thank you Vacasa!
Great stat! We enjoyed the proximity to everything Seattle has to offer! The apartment had plenty of space for two people and was very clean on our arrival.
The traffic was quite loud ( bring earbuds) and the bed was not very comfortable but other than that was an absolutely lovely place! Fantastic location and quality for the price! I would definitely recommend if you can live with a bed less comfortable and a little traffic noise.
Pros - near Pike Place and easily accessible by foot, car, train. All basic amenities and decent furniture. Our son slept on the couch and he said it was comfortable. Roof top patio is a great feature and has views of the bay, space needle and downtown.
Cons - location is situated between 2 major overpasses and thorough fares - if you are a light to medium sleeper, the traffic noise will keep you awake. Unit overlooks a parking lot so not the greatest view from the unit. Roof top patio view is much better.
Mattress is master bedroom is rather firm - if you have back issues, you will be sore after a few night's sleep.
This property was clean and comfy. We made dinner one evening with fresh salmon and veggies from Pike Place Market - the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was stellar- 8 minute walk to Pike Place Market and a 20 minute walk to Seattle Center. We enjoyed the Olympic Sculpture Park which is only a few blocks away. We will definitely be back and I have already shared your website with several friends. Thanks for a wonderful "Home Away From Home"!!
We had a bit of trouble checking in but after we got everything ironed out (about an hour and a half later, at 9:00 at night so patience was wearing thin on my end. Thank heavens for my wonderful husband who kept his composure and was on the phone the whole time trying to find a local housekeeper to help let us in). Turns out we had a glitch in our email that combined the garage and unit access codes. Once that was discovered, we got the key no problem.
The unit was BEAUTIFUL! We were up for my best friends wedding, so unfortunately we were unable to utilize the kitchen but we will definitely try to come back to this exact unit, because we were so happy with it! We love to walk when we're on vacation, so this unit was in the perfect location, right in between pikes place and the space needle!
Love love love it here!
In your amenities it says parking/garage. So we assumed there was parking. It was very confusing getting in and out of the place. We were able to rent from the office on the first floor.
To be honest this property was very nice. It looks exactly like the pictures, was very clean and literally walking distance to everything. We definitely didn't need a rental car. Some people complained about the noise from the streets but we honestly didn't have a problem with that at all- but it was also cold outside so we had our windows closed. The rental property staff was very accommodating and helpful when we needed them.
For the problems of the rental- they only left us 1 toilet paper roll, we had to borrow one from a friend that lived in the area (awkward). The rental also stated that there would be shampoo and conditioner, there wasn't. I didn't bring any because I thought it would be there so we had to go buy shampoo/conditioner and soap. For the ladies out there, there is no long mirror so I had to ask my boyfriend to take pictures of my outfits (high maintenance? maybe).
One of the main reasons I booked this place was because of the kitchen- thinking we could cook one night from seafood purchased at Pike's market. However, there were very minimal cooking supplies. No seasonings/oil whatsoever and a couple pots and pans- but no strainer, so cooking didn't end up working out.
Another bummer was that our keycard did not work for the game room and rooftop- another reason I booked. Thinking we could have a nice drink on the rooftop or play shuffleboard, but nope :(
Check-Out was very weird. We had a flight at 620am so we left our place at 430am to check-out. We get downstairs and our lockbox looked like it was literally taken off the wall and was not there (you're supposed to put the key/fob back in the box when you leave). We called Vacasa customer service and they didn't really have an answer or what to do. This was a very stressful situation we had to deal with before our flight. I still don't know why our lockbox wasn't there but we ended up leaving the keys/fob in our room because we didn't have another option.
Although there were a lot of little negatives, I did enjoy our stay and the place was super cute and very convenient. The good outweighs the bad fer sure. I would stay here again but hope management takes my suggestions into consideration. :)
Very spacious apartment in a fun part of town. The views from the roof are the best part. If you're not comfortable with city noise, it may be a bit loud, as it's close to a freeway. I stayed here for a week for work, and really enjoyed my stay.
For the price, you cannot beat the quality and the location .
This is a beautiful apartment with perfect location and nice amenities. I really enjoyed my stay. No complaints. I would love to visit again
Great apartment great location
Great location, clean place, modern building. It was our first time visiting Seattle and definitely contributed to the overall great experience.
Wonderful stay! Great location and friendly staff! Thanks!
Great location for Restaurants & Pubs, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market & Sports Stadiums
The location of this condo is amazing - only a few minutes walk to Pike Place Market and a lot of cool bars & restaurants. However, I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.
First of all, we received an email from a customer representative about check-in and immediately responded to see if she could notify us when check-in was available. I received an out-of-office response and was instructed to contact another representative. I called her but never heard back. My husband and I had to carry our luggage to a nearby restaurant and wait.
Finally, we were able to get into the apartment. Then I noticed there was blood on two of the pillowcases on the bed! I took a picture and sent it to our customer service rep. I still have yet to hear a response or apology.
Lastly - and this is one of my pet peeves - the drains in both the sink and the tub were painfully slow to go down. Really, standing in dirty water while I'm showering seriously bothers me. We called another number, supposedly for Guest Services, and they took the message, telling us that maintenance would be by to fix the problem. They did not show while we were there.
All in all, I think there are many other places in Seattle that would offer the same convenient location but a much better customer experience.
We apologize for the inconveniences and discomforts this guest experienced. If early check-in is available we contact our guests the morning of their arrival. The stained pillowcases have been removed, and the drain has been snaked.
This rental is very close to Pike Place and lots of fun things within Seattle. We loved it
The condo had no AC and it was sniffling. The windows (only 2 small ones) would only one about 8 inches which was not enough to get air circulating.
The condo was located in a great spot, close to the water, Pikes Place Market, The Space needle. We were able to walk every where...which was great because we also did a lot of great eating and drinking. We used Car2go for one day - our Canadian membership worked across the border! But walking or public transit was how we navigated the city for the majority of the trip.
The condo was nice and quiet, equipped with everything we needed, all we packed was our clothes. Knowing we had a space to ourselves to come back to every night made our time in Seattle very pleasant.
My daughter and I came here for a little one-on-one time and we had a great experience with Seattle Fun City very safe for two ladies to come to our rental was wonderful clean fun for young girl very very happy with this vacasa rental!!
Great new unit but two big problems in warm weather - there's no A/C and the windows barely open. Prior guest complaints prompted the host to provide some fans but frankly they don't cut it and for this reason alone I will look elsewhere the next time I'm in Seattle from mid May to mid Sept. Also the host almost no basic supplies such as toilet paper and soap which is penny wise and pound foolish on their part because it's annoying and taints the guest experience. Still, this was a nice unit and I would stay here again under the right conditions.
Nice and convenient location to Pike Market. Place was clean and very modern.
Would definitely stay there again.
Seattle Peace of Mind was a quiet, clean condo that perfectly suited our stay in Seattle. It was a short walk to Pike Place and the waterfront area. We really appreciated how clean it was - would definitely stay here again!
Everything was perfect except for no A/C. I may have missed it in the details but not having A/C was a little rough as it got up to 80 degrees in the unit!! However, with that said, we called management and they brought us fans within an hour of our request. This helped quite a bit! Other than that, this was a perfect spot for us and we enjoyed the condo and its location.
Could not have wished for a better location, accomodation for our Seattle trip. It was perfect for 2 people, but could accomodate an extra couple. Very clean, nice part of town, access to everything in walking distance. Loved it.
Great condition. Good location.
We enjoy staying at the property. The location is perfect, everything is walking distant. If we ever visit Seatle, again, we will definitely come back. thanks
We had a great time staying here. Everything we needed was already furnished (pots, pans, utensils etc.) great location as most of the main tourist spots are walking distance. We will definitely be back!
Great apartment to explore Seattle. It was bright, spacious and clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Within walking distance of supermarkets and Pike Place Market where you can pick up fresh fruit, veg and fish! The light rail link will bring you from the airport ($3) into the centre (Macy's) which is about 15-20 mins walk from the apartment. A city I'll definitely return to!
This was my first vacation alone and I was very happy with the safety of this building, along with the amenities and only a 15 min walk to the Needle, Pike Market, Sculpture Park, Waterfront, coffee shops and restaurants. Other sites were only a short Uber ride away, so I did not have to rent a car! Would certainly consider this location and company again on a return trip!
Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment in a very good spot - just walking distance from both the Space Needle and the Pike Market with all its attractions.
Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing and drying machine, toaster, microwave, etc) and with very good wifi connection, also enjoyable in the building common areas (rooftop terrace, gym and entrance lobby).
It can easily guest 4 people (2 in the secluded bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed).
The property was clean and comfortable and secure for our stay. We did not have any problems getting in or out of the building. It was a very convenient location to get to and from everywhere we needed to go from Fife to Bellevue and Everett to Oak Harbor. I would definitely stay at this property again. It's trendy, peaceful, serene and has all the comforts/conveniences of home. Some of the blankets were a little too fuzzy and a substantial amounts of lint balls would peel off, but it was nothing the available vacuum and available lint brush couldn't fix. We just put up the blankets we didn't want to use. Other that our stay was very comfortable and it was very tranquil watching the sunrise and the city come alive through the living room window while practicing some yoga.
