I have zero complaints about the condo itself, the building, or the location. My frustration is with Vacasa and the management of the property. When we checked in, there were zero amenities in the home (as promised). Not one garbage bag, no soap for dishwasher or laundry, no paper towels....essential cleaning supplies for daily use. I had to go buy all of these.

There was half used shampoo & conditioner bottles in the master shower, along with a half used bar of soap. A black curly, wiry hair was on the shower walls, as well. Sand/grit all over the tile floor.

The first night we were in the condo, the toilet would not flush. We called the "maintenance" line on the phone, they promised to have someone out first thing the next morning. Nobody ever came. We called to check on the status and were told that "We don't handle need to call the service who you booked through". So we did. Called Vacasa directly and scheduled maintence for the toilet.

Nobody ever showed. Now, to have two adults and two children staying at a place for a week, with only one working toilet--not ideal.

Again, my issues have nothing to do with the condo itself, its owners, etc. My issues are directly with Vacasa. After this experience, I will say that I'm not sure I'll ever rent through them again or recommend them to anyone. I worked in tourism marketing for almost 10 years...I would be apalled if this is how our rental companies were run. Very disappointing experience.
