This is a prime location, just a few blocks from the Market. Helpful tip: If you’re staying for more than 2 days, you’ll want to bring extra TP and paper towels. Otherwise, well-appointed! We will definitely rent again.
Great location! Wonderful place to stay! Comfortable and clean.
Great location, walking distance to everything. Condo was cute, clean, and the perfect space for two people.
I would have given this a five if it wasn’t for a few minor things one was that they literally only left us with ONE toilet paper roll which was half way gone for 3 nights & two people little ridiculous & they ask to put dishes in dishwasher yet leave no pods so it’s hard. Other than that really enjoyed the place it was cozy super clean and delightful we had no issues finding so many choices at a walking distance to eat or find coffee we walked from the space needle and to the market as well as did some shopping saved a ton on paying for transportation. The lobby to this place is beautiful we had no issues the checking in processes a little confusing but we managed and got in there. There is a weird smell but we figured when you live in apartments the smell of food lingers so we got over it. My friend and I stayed for a girls trip and we’d definitely return.
We appreciate this review and agree the location is ideal. We are sorry to read this unit was not properly stocked with supplies. Our housekeeping team is fantastic, and this must have been an oversight. We have followed-up with them regarding these comments. We hope to see our guest again!
We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Belltown Retreat studio. It has everything you need including a fully-stocked kitchen. The cost of parking was somewhat of a challenge but I guess this is to be expected near downtown. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for your next Seattle area visit!
Nice room, close to everything
Great location! Didn't really mind not having air conditioning. The bathroom sink drains very poorly. Loved having a washer and dryer.
Had a great stay here! Everythng was just as I expected, if not better. Highly recommend to others
We loved the apartment location. Being able to be within walking distance to all the top sightseeing attractions was perfect for us. We logged 8-10 miles a day going to all the things we wanted to do.
An Air conditioning unit would have been nice.
Clean. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and popular things to do
Great space perfect location
We couldn't be closer to all the fun events on a 3 day stay in Seattle. Truly a short walking distance to Pikes Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Art Museaum, Aquarium, the Sculpture Gardens, great dining, the sea, and sports arenas. Belltown rocks! The studio was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Great lobby and perks.
Walking distance to pike place and lots of other musems.
Great location, just good luck finding parking.
The closet space was a bit odd, and the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a nice apartment in a good location.
Centrally located and easy access to bus services. Property is located on a quiet street and well maintained.
Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. House was very clean but had a strange smell. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a fan which was very nice. Communication regarding early check in and late check out could have been better. I received emails that had conflicting information from my trip portal. I was able to call and get it straightened out easily. We would stay here again!
Check in quite confusing.... they provide coffee in lobby till 1pm but don't stock it till 10 am and don't keep it stocked....
We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this guest may have experienced. Please be assured that we are reviewing our check in process to eliminate the confusion. Coffee in the lobby is provided by building management and is complimentary. We have little to no control as to how they keep that stocked, but we would be more than happy to explore options for keeping it stocked. Here at Vacasa, guest feedback is highly valued, and we try our best to make things right in any way we can so that our guests know that our priority is their ultimate satisfaction. Thanks again for bringing these important issues to light, as it is feedback like this that really makes a difference in how we move forward in offering the best service we possibly can to our guests and in keeping our properties in perfect shape.
The condo was actually pretty cool. The space was perfect for two people and was kept very clean and was up-to-date on all appliance and whatnot. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances along with great furniture. The terrace view was amazing. There's a TV room and that was up-to-date as well. There was also a nice seating area outside with a gas fire pit. Great views of the sound and the Space Needle. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere ..even to Century Link field cause we had planned on going to the game. It was quicker to walk there then to have to wait for Uber or Lyft. The only thing it needs are an air conditioner and parking spaces. The windows don't open and it gets really stuffy in there. There is a fan but air would be more convenient. You also have to pay for both the on street parking and the parking in the lot behind the building. On street is only 4 hrs at a time and the lot was until 5pm and then had to pay again from 5pm-7am (tough hours if you're going to a game and wont be back until after 5 or don't want to get up before 7 to put more money in the slot). Overall though, it's a really great place that is located near a lot of fun places. I would highly recommend staying here.
Small space very well organized. Clean modern facilities. Full sized washer and dryer.
We stayed here for our first Seattle trip, so we were very happy with the location. We walked to all the tourist spots from here (the waterfront, Space Needle, Market, and even down to the Mariner's stadium from here). The apartment was tidy and well stocked, although we did not feel inclined to cook since there was only a tiny coffee table to eat at. The thermostat did not work as described, but there was an good fan in the closet that kept the studio from getting too stuffy at night. Overall I would say a good place to sleep after long days of walking around the city (the bed was very comfortable). Much more like a hotel room than a home in my opinion, but that worked for us!
The unit is clean, well maintained and in a great location. Communication with Vacasa could be improved.
Good stay. Would definitely stay again. Bell town is the greatest for restaurants, cafes, pubs. Lots of fun.
We rented this condo for our stay during the Upstream Music Festival. It is well appointment with a ton of funky charm. The property is centrally located to everything so there is no need for a vehicle once you're there. Make sure to visit Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square & The Brooklyn Seafood, Steak & Oyster House (Sit at the Chef's Counter)
Loved our stay - everything we needed was right there. Highly recommend as it is centrally located - wonderful to walk to farmers market for supplies and produce.
Perfect space for two people
Close to a lot of things, the neighbors are quiet but there's a lot of street noise, and very clean.
I appreciated the simple design of the apartment and prompt service of the staff. I also really liked having an in unit washer and dryer; it rained and snowed! most of our visit so it was nice to wash our gross clothes so we didn't have to load them in our suitcase dirty. Great location; right up the hill from the pier and close to Pike Place. Uber rides were super cheap even to the airport. The only improvement I could see was actually having basic spices in the kitchen; i.e. salt/pepper. The kitchen is stocked with all the pans to cook but actually having salt to flavor something is pretty essential and buying such a small amount for a quick stay seemed ridiculous.
My boyfriend and I were blown away with the cleanliness of the apartment and it's perfect location. We walked just about everywhere and never had any issues getting in or out once we checked in. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed and made for the perfect trip! Highly recommend for a fun getaway!
The apartment looked just like the picture. It was actually quieter than the downtown hotels we've stayed at in the past. It is located about .7 mile from the west lake lite rail stop. I would stay at the Arthouse apartments again.
Stayed for four days. Apt was well located and very well appointed. Great place to stay in Seattle.
This place was close to every thing and if not easy to find for an huber or Lyft drive. Enjoyed it
Great location and near everything. Uber around.
The property was ideally located with all main attractions within walking distance! A great cozy apartment perfectly priced for a getaway! I would recommend staying here to all of my friends.
The condo smells and the rug needs to be thrown out and replaced.
It smells and is sticky from spills - 4 inch thick shag carpet!
The housekeeper for the home inspected the rug to make sure that it is clean and odor free for our guests.
I found the accomodations lovely and near everything we needed in Seattle. Extremly clean and I totally felt safe. I would recommended this one again!
Great walking distance to all sight seeing attractions. Clean!! Given easy instructions on getting to the location and getting into the building.
It was a great place to stay at. Just need air conditioning.
We stayed 4 nights and used the rooftop terrace each night - it was fabulous! We also enjoyed our private patio/deck, and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk. Next time we'll skip the rental car (parking is not easy in Seattle!) and use Uber or Lyft.
Great location, will definitely recommend.
Very nice and pretty well located
The location was great and it was awesome to have a kitchen to cook fresh fish from pikes market. We really enjoyed the comfort of having a condo so close to all of the great attractions Seattle has to offer. We were able to walk almost everywhere and come back to the condo for breaks throughout the day.
Cozy place to stay in a very convenient location!
