Beautiful riverfront log cabin w/ river & mountain views, firepit, and gas grill

Looking for a secluded retreat? This expansive cabin is the very definition, set on two acres with no neighbors around to make noise. Gaze out onto the San Juan river - you won't believe how close it is! Guests can cook up something delicious in the private gas grill, or just gather around the natural stone firepit and gaze up at the stars. The main deck off the kitchen also provides great views of the river and surrounding mountains. The inside is just as relaxing, with plenty of windows throughout to provide natural light. The living room's picture windows are a particular highlight (get it?). The main bedroom is on this first level, set with a king bed and an en en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Downstairs, guests can also settle into the second main bedroom, which features a log king bed, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, and a separate entrance to the lower patio. The remaining bedrooms are all downstairs: the third bedroom features a log queen bed, the fourth includes a set of bunk beds and one king bed, and the final bedroom features a king bed. No matter what bedroom guests choose, everyone can come help out in the fully equipped kitchen with two sinks and a double oven. There's plenty of room in this cabin in the woods - claim your spot around the fire and enjoy the view!

What's nearby:
The town of Pagosa Springs is just under seven miles from the cabin, so don't worry about hurting for supplies! You'll still be able to get a Lamb Burger at Riff Raff Brewing Company or beignets from The Lost Cajun with ease. There are of course many mountains nearby for the outdoor hiker to explore, including Pagosa Peak (about 20 miles from the home) and the Coyote Hill Trailhead (just under 16 miles away). To get an even closer look at the wildlife, the Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park highlights animals such as brown bears and coyotes just under 11 miles away.

Deyanira C. Nov 2020
The cabin is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, it has many supplements. The decoration is spectacular, the view of the mountains and the river is wonderful. Each room has enough space and is comfortable. We had a family reunion, 3 families got together (a total of 10 adults, a little girl and a baby) and there was enough space for everyone. Everything worked perfectly. The only problem we found was that in the main master room there were many dead flies that for some reason fell from the ceiling, they were in one corner of the room and others in the bathroom of the room. They were already dead but for some reason they fell from the ceiling, I'm not sure if there was some kind of poison on the ceiling that was causing this. Still, our stay was very comfortable and despite the dead flies falling from the ceiling, I still give them 5 stars and of course we would like to return for our next family reunion.
