We booked Sean's house for mini lobster season and had a blast. He has endless local knowledge and is more than willing to stop and talk to you about it. There is tons of parking. The canal is quick to access the West and south sides of marathon. The space was plenty for 6 adults and our boat. I would 100% come back here again.

Check-in was super easy. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and all the water activities you could want. We brought our boat, so the dockage and space for trailer parking was definitely a plus. Sean also contacted me shortly after arrival to make sure I was getting settled okay and to provide some tips about the area. I thought that was very thoughtful, so despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, I'd be happy to stay at Sean's place again.

This rental is near many restaurants and bars in marathon. We were able to use our boat every day and then dock it. Sean was very hospitable. He even let us borrow a drill when we needed to make a minor boat repair.
