Bright and well-equipped bungalow w/prime location near downtown Austin!

Treat your friends to a marvelous escapade to downtown Austin at this bright and spacious bungalow! The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen together for even more closeness with your guests! Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen and then bring them carefully to the living area whenever a movie night takes place. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV is a great addition along with comfortable and large sofas. The kitchen is simply wonderful. It has enough space so that the designated chef can move around freely while cooking. However, if you'd like to spice up mealtime a little bit, you can even have a cookout in the backyard, which is complete with bistro string lighting, a propane grill, and a picnic table. Spend lazy afternoons on the screened-in back porch or front porch swing.

What's nearby:
The Historic Agave Bungalow is just three blocks from vibrant South Congress Ave., near beautiful parks, restaurants, and music venues. The popular and family-friendly Lady Bird Lake is less than three miles away. Outdoor activities are quite popular here. Hiking and biking are among the most popular activities you can try here– the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail is over 10 miles long and makes a complete circuit around Lady Bird Lake. Little Stacy Park, complete with a playground and tennis courts, is just around the corner (half a mile away). The Big Stacy Pool, heated and spring-fed, is a short half-a-mile walk away. Downtown Austin is just across the Congress Bridge, which is a quick one-and-a-half-mile drive.
